Okay so lets catch up lol.
I've had some baaaaad days. I've just been really stressed and emotional and its coming out in my freaking appetite.
On Thursday I ended on 1700 calories and 5942 steps.
On Friday I ended on 1829 calories and 10,527 steps
On Saturday I ended on 1169 calories and 1700 steps.
Yesterday - don't - I ended on 2202 calories and 517 steps.
I'm gonna try ONLY have shakes for a few days cos I just feel bloated and crappy and my stomach is in BITS.
I don't wanna try push it too far just doing liquid as I'm scared that I'll relapse massively but I'll see how it goes and just try listen to my body.
Got on the scales and there was an extra 3lbs back there CRYING I'm sure some of it is water and food weight but this JUST WONT DO.
