Okay yesterday was a better day. 

 

I decided to skip the shakes because I just wasn't feeling it and so I could have a 'treat' lunch. 

 

I had a vegan sausage roll - 312 calories 

and then I had two meals of tofu and veg - 827 calories 

 

So overall I was on 1139

 

I managed to get 20,510 steps in so that was goood

Ooo I had a GOOD day yesterday and I got my period so I'm very happy with that. 

 

Getting sick of the shakes loool so I only had one. I will get back on them but just wanted to have a few days away before I really start to hate them. 

 

Then had a pretty big dinner of veggie risotto.  I drank a non alcoholic cider in the evening as well.

 

Ended on 855 calories which is bless. 

 

Also did 18,834 steps so getting them steps IN. 

 

Gonna go for a really long walk today and try have another low calorie day. Feel like I'll be holding water weight because of my period when I weigh tomorrow so just want to minimise damage.

So Yesterday was pre good. 

 

I had my shakes in the morning then went for a LONG ASS walk 

Then I had risotto again for dinner and then I ended up having some chocolate afterwards but yknow what I'm on my period and its easter. 

 

I ended on 1612 calories which I would normally be crying about but I did 30,308 steps yday so I defo still had a good defecit. 

 

Also weighed myself this morning and lost another 0.8lbs which isn't loads but considering I'm on my period I'm pretty happy with that.

So yesterday was not a great day. Me and Mondays huhhhhh

 

I didn't have shakes again and went out and ate a sausage roll again. 

Then my friend had a huuuuuge bag of chips and left them at mine. I ended up eating like 1/3 of the packet ~500 calories worth. 

 

Then I had dinner which was healthy - tofu and veg obviously because I eat nothing else hahah

Then i ended up having some dumplings afterwards. Why? 

It was my heavy day on my period though and I felt kinda crappy so that's probably why lol. 

Gonna get back on my shakes today and have a good day. 

 

Ended on 1673 calories

Steps were 13,500

Soo had an okay day yesterday, i was kinda lazy but didn't eat TONNES so can deal. 

 

I had my two shakes for the first time in ages. I actually feel like I need to have them more because they make my hair skin and nails sooo good and I don't want them to get fucked up. 

 

Then I had a whole bag of veggie dumplings for dinner which was random but the period wants what the period wants. 

 

Ended on 1188 calores 

Steps were 708 ahahahahha

Yesterday was a bad day. 

 

I was feeling all weird and emotional - no surprise there. 

 

I ended up snacking on two fat greasy samosas and then I had like a huge dinner of tofu and veg, yet again. 

 

I ended on 1864. 

Steps were 10,409

Oop I missed a day.

So I cba with my shakes all day, I was feeling weird. Then my friend came over with a damn subway which was 750 calories.

Later I had a small meal of veggie sausages and peas. Ended on. 1225. Not too bad.
Steps were 2421

Then y'day I didn't have shakes again - will get back on then the week when gym opens again. I just had a small dinner of veg and veggie sausages and would've ended the day on under 400 calories but after I got into bed I got invited out for a dance with some friends and went. I was so hungry when I got back I ate a bunch of tofu and asparagus.

I ended on 843 calories and 2490 steps

Okay so missed another day hahaha

I haven't had any shakes looool but I'll be getting back on them.

Saturday started good, I had a small tofu salad for lunch and then a jacket potato and lentils for dinner. But then I ordered a burger our of nowhere ???

Still ended on 1507 calories so not the end of the world.
Only 1695 steps though loooooool.

Yesterday was better had a packet of crisps for lunch and then had veg tofu and rice for dinner.
Ended on 618 calories.
Got 7604 steps which needs improvement but not the end of the world.

Weighed myself and lost 3lbs this week somehow !

So yesterday was another day where I didn't shake hahaha I swear to Godddddd, I'm kinda sick of them. Thinking about maybe taking a week off and just calorie counting and then going back to it. But I'll see. 

 

Didn't eat during the day and then had some crackers and some vegan meat and cabbage with hot sauce. 

 

Ended on 484 calories loool I'm actually proud of myself since I haven't managed such low numbers in ages.

Okay I still didn't have shakes yesterday loool. I'm definitely gonna go back to them, they're actually really nice lol. 

BUT I'm probably gonna give it a few days still. I want to do this diet LONG term so I think having a little week out so I can get those shake cravings hard again will help in the long run. 

I also seem to be eating a lot less when I don't have them? But maybe this will help me get my portion sizes smaller...

 

I had two meals yday whch was nice. Had tofu and veg for lunch and then a vegan kiev and veg for dinner. 

 

Ended on 1090 calories and 14,445 steps.

Still didn't have my shakes yesterday hahaha 

 

I will get back on them cos I wants that protein. 

 

I had some soy stuff and cabbage for lunch and tofu and veg for dinner. 

I also snacked on some crisps. 

 

I ended on 1261 calories and 8780 steps

Okay so lets catch up lol. 

I've had some baaaaad days. I've just been really stressed and emotional and its coming out in my freaking appetite. 

 

On Thursday I ended on 1700 calories and 5942 steps. 

On Friday I ended on 1829 calories and 10,527 steps

On Saturday I ended on 1169 calories and 1700 steps.

Yesterday - don't - I ended on 2202 calories and 517 steps. 

 

I'm gonna try ONLY have shakes for a few days cos I just feel bloated and crappy and my stomach is in BITS. 

I don't wanna try push it too far just doing liquid as I'm scared that I'll relapse massively but I'll see how it goes and just try listen to my body. 

 

Got on the scales and there was an extra 3lbs back there :( CRYING I'm sure some of it is water and food weight but this JUST WONT DO.

Just train your stomach to eat smaller so you don’t have to overeat. Just drink the Slimfast w/ a piece of fruit.

I dunno if you’re still doing this or not...I got sick and had to quit the smoothies for awhile. My stomach just can’t handle them long term. 😭

Yeah, I think the meds I'm on fuck with my brain so I like NEVER feel full - I can eat hardly anything or I can eat heaps. I just gotta stay motivated in my mind tbh
