Okay so I'm still fucking this shit up like seriously. I have so much work to do and I think I'm just stress eating. I really need to get back into walking or the fucking gym but Idk something is preventing me from being in touch with my true hot girl self. 

 

On Monday I had 1589 calories and did 1767 steps 

Yesterday I had 2352 calories and did 4808 steps

 

I'm just gonna pound shit loads of water today and stay focused. i'm sick of fucking up like this and I just need to get my head back into it.

Okay I actually managed to have a better fucking day yesterday FINALLY. 

I'm feeling back on track now so gotta keep with it. 

Had my shakes then had some lentils and a potato for dinner with veggies. 

 

Ended on 1068 calories. 

Got fuck all steps inhahah apparently on 745 which is RIDICULOUS. But the food is the most important thing and I'll try move my ass more.

I’m currently looking for another brand of protein powder so I can get back to it. In the meantime though I started exercising like a maniac. lol Going to the doc today to get my anxiety medication upped too so that ought to decrease my appetite a lot. 🤞🏾

I got sick and had to take a break. Then my stomach decided it didn’t like slim fast so I’m currently looking for another protein powder. 😭 I just got a ring fit though so that ought to help in the meantime.

I use the vegan ones from theproteinworks - they taste really good!!

So yday I had another good day. Still lazy AF and not going out but I'm writing my thesis so go figure. 

 

Had my two shakes and actually really enjoyed them?? 

 

Then had tofu and veg for dinner with a lil peanut butter. 

 

Ended on 1003 calories 

And 1929 steps hahahaha

So yesterday wasn't the best day nor the worst. 

 

Had two shakes 

Then I had some snacks with a friend

But then I had a really good salad with mung beans and quinoa and hummus. 

 

Ended on 1608 calories 

Only did 2681 steps

 

Feel like the next few weeks whilst I finish up school probably aren't going to be my best but after that I'm gonna focus really hard and just stay accountable and not eating shit or too much.

Last night was just so fucking minging because I got stood up on a THIRD DATE and yes it was a third date third date if you know what I mean. 

No text, no call, no nothing. FACKING RUDE. 

 

Luckily, I had made us salad for dinner and it was super low cal so even tho I ate his portion, I was still not overcome with calories.

 

Actually, even though I didn't get all the sex calories burnt, I think this will motivate me to lose weight because I'm like it must be because I am FAT FAT FAT. 

 

So, I didn't have my shakes yday. I had an apple for breakfast and one piece of toast with peanut butter for lunch then I had the salad which was with mung beans and brown rice. 

 

I ended on 1058 calories 

I did, somehow, 4657 steps. 

 

I am actually gonna start getting active soon. I also woke up and my pjs were falling down so I measured my waist and I've lost 3 inches so yknow, on my way.

yaaaay weight came off this week and a whole CHUNK of it. I guess I was carrying water weight last week. 

 

Yesterday was a good day, 

 

I had tofu and veggies for lunch and a mung bean salad for dinner. 

 

Ended on 1062 calories 

And an always pathetic 2027 steps.

Yesterday was a bad day Hahahha. I finished my thesis so I wanted to celebrate and since I don’t drink or smoke weed or anything I celebrated with chocolate.

I had my shakes for breakfast and lunch
Then I had mung bean salad with quinoa for dinner

Then two vegan chocolate bars
I ended on 1751 calories
And 4651 steps

Okay I fucked up lmaoooo, this period really got me. 

I decided today to quit smoking so for one week detox I'm gonna do the cabbage soup diet. 

It always makes me feel super healthy from all the veggies and hopefully lose a good few lbs to get me back on track with my diet and also to stop the smoking make me gain shit tonnes of weight. I'll check in with my progress on this every day.

Okay, I'm back. I feel like I'm ready to get back on it and feeling good. 

 

Sometimes periods just bowl me over and knock me out of here. 

 

I'm gonna do two shakes and a soup for a week which will be hard but I know I'm gonna see a number I don't like on the scale tomorrow morning and I gotta power through. 

 

Yesterday, I had homemade carrot soup and it was like 600 calories.

Damn, I fucked up again and I am SCARED of getting on those scales. 

 

yesterday was going well, I had my two shakes and then I had broccoli soup but then I got a whole thing of grapes and chocolate and then after that I ordered a falafel wrap and fries. WHY am I doing this to myself. 

 

Quitting smoking is hard and my assignments and the stress, but eating like this is just making me feel worse so idk why I'm doing it. EUGH. 

 

Try again today. And I'll get on the scales because I need to.

Omg weighing myself was the worst thing ever. I have calorie counted this whole time and I've gone over but I have had good days. i am praying some of this is residual water weight from my period and food weight. I am going to start working out every day I swear. I need to gain self control.
