Modified HSGD

Since I don't actually have proper weekends (yay, fellow healthcare workers),

my higher cal days are just the days I'm completely off work (two days a week).

I'm going to plan ahead each week, started Tuesday 09/03/21.

I'll also be decreasing my daily intake from HSGD to SGD over the weeks.

Tue (09): / 900

Wed (10): / 800 

Thu (11): / 900 

Fri (12): / 950

Sat (13): NO LIMIT!

 

Week 2

Sun (14): / 900

Mon (15): / 800

Tue (16): / 1050

Wed (17): / 900

Thu (18): / 800

Fri (19): / 900

Sat (20): / 1000

Notes to self:

☆ Don't check weight after high intake days.

 

☆ Track every day.

☆ ALL foods count. Only simple juice does not count, up to 1 200ml carton a day.

☆ These are intake goals not net goals.
