Modified HSGD
Since I don't actually have proper weekends (yay, fellow healthcare workers),
my higher cal days are just the days I'm completely off work (two days a week).
I'm going to plan ahead each week, started Tuesday 09/03/21.
I'll also be decreasing my daily intake from HSGD to SGD over the weeks.
