Does anyone else think that orthorexia may fall under the ARFID diagnostic category? I'm just curious and looking for opinions 🤔

I feel like EDs mix together if that makes sense. Like ON is like AN because foods are "good" and "bad" and ON is like ARFID because they don't want to lose weight.

I think ARFID can manifest as preference for unhealthy foods (high carb?), e.g. chicken nuggets + fries.

Personally, I have disgust at animal meat (+ products?) and I can eat pretty much any vegetable or fruit.
