protein oatmeal when I feel good, over night protein oats when I feel like I would otherwise chicken out of breakfast. oatmeal protein shake when solid food scares me.

I meal prep everything on Sundays for the week, so it is always the same.

My fridge has five perfect containers of overnight oats (40g Oatmeal, 11g Oatmeal Cookie Protein Powder and 70g frozen blueberries or 135g frozen strawberries depending on the week) and five pairs of hardboiled eggs.

How do the oats taste on day 5? I always get scared about food going bad after 3 days.

I was super nervous about this - and was picky about all my other pre - planned snacks for this reason - but it has been totally fine. I wait until Sunday night and as long as I only prep through Friday it hasn't been any problem. I put 3/4c water and they don't get soggy or weird. It is the only mixed foods I don't keep to a three day cycle.

I like to have: rice cakes with (tasty, not shitty) hummus, some veggies (courgette, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, carrot, beetroot...) on top to make it super cute & colourful, and I love to top it with some sprouts (super healthy) and/or pumpkin seeds (also super healthy, +to get enough calories in the morning). With this I like to have green tea, and later on in the morning a black coffee from the coffee making machine. Hot.

I'm Asian so my breakfast is quite a spread, very much like dinner. I have rice, water-fried eggs or baked fish or sometimes chicken, clear soup with veggies, and pickles on the side. Or I'll have a noodle soup with meat and veggie if the weather isn't too hot. And coffee of course.

Usually yogurt with protein powder. I also have protein oatmeal with fruit or, if I have leftover spaghetti sauce, eggs in purgatory.

Nothing.

I fast OMAD 20-4 but usually 22-2. I love drinking 1L of Evian water first thing. Slightly colder than room temperature.

I made some bean blondies today and I already ate 3 so if the binge monster doesn’t attack me in what’s left of the day I’ll have some of them for breakfast tomorrow
