I hate that my 3-kid, lots of pregnancy weight gain and stretch marked belly looks worse and saggier and wrinklier the smaller I get. Not gonna stop me but it ruins the effect of a low BMI for sure.

If it absolutely bothers u, u can always tummy tuck. If you are planning on a very low BMI make sure to do the procedure before you hit 18, or else they won’t do it.

when i was at my lowest weight, my belly was horrible.  I had lost a ton of weight and it just sagged and was wrinkled.  Once I get to that weight again i know it will be awful again but I still would rather be thin.

I feel like my ab skin already looks like I’m carrying a dozen moldy, shriveled apples! 😂

I do the Tracy Anderson Method for exercise, and she says her program will “pull the skin back to the muscle.” Can’t say I’ve noticed it so much in my stomach, but I have seen it a bit in my arms! Maybe worth a try?

I love this! I own chickens! So I’m gonna use my sexy ab skin to collect eggs!

There is no physiologic way to "pull skin into muscle." That is complete bunk. Save your money.

Same here. I also have 3 kids so lots of pregnancy weight changes. I'm at BMI 14 now and my tummy is so saggy, plus the fact it's covered in self-harm scars.

It’s been awhile since I first posted on this thread.....and I’ve lost more weight since.......I can now wear form fitting shirts and I’m down to my original (before menopause) size 3 jeans. But guess what? My 50s looks a lot different from even my 40s......when I am naked.....and perhaps drying my hair upside down (to give it more body) I look in the mirror and I I have so much saggy belly fat still!! The clothes do a great job of hiding it that’s for sure! I can still grab fistfuls of belly fat at 109 lbs! I wonder how low I’ll have to be for it to ALL disappear? Dead? Lol
