I really want to reach 40’s kg and I need help and support please
I will keep mono’ing my way there
My statistics ~
Height: 164cm - 5’3 ft
Weight: 54~55kg - 119~121lb (stuck for 5 months :))
BMI: 20ish

I will workout if I’m energized, if not I will walk and do at least 10 min workout video to stay active

And this is what I do for each day:

I do upper body twice a week whenever I feel energetic

On active rest days I walk 10k steps
*I will drink > 3L water
*Will start eating after my school day is over and will stop as I feel satisfied and full
*Will state grams (if I remembered to calculate ) + cals

Start weight: 56.9kg / 125.4lb > after a binge on Saturday hehe

Will decide my mono for the day after my school day depending on my cravings

Please support me and be nice to me, I will be happy with any advice or tip

STARTING WEIGHT: 54kg / 119lb

GOAL WEIGHT 1: 52kg / 114.6 lb

Yesterday on Monday > Green Peas 700G - 800cal Approx

Felt a little lazy during the day, didn't exercise, had a BM.
It was boring so I had to season the food to enjoy it.
Drank > 4.5L and had 1 diet coke

RESULTS: - 1.7kg / 3.7lb
Current weight: 55.2 kg / 121.6 lb

I'm glad to drop the binge weight so i'm not considering it real weight loss, but still happy that my stomach is a lot flatter :)

Wooooo!! So awesome! I kinda wanna try a pea mono but I can see my self getting sick of it so quick. Def would need some seasoning like u said.

Yesterday on Tuesday, peanuts mono , 142gm , 856cal
Had 1/2 cup black coffee, 3L water, didn’t exercise or drink enough water due to being busy with school work

Got headache by the end of the day so took painkillers


RESULTS: MAINTAINED, i’m still at 55.2kg but glad I didn’t gain

Today will be Ice cream mono, see you tomorrow

Yesterday on wednesday > Ice cream mono, had 1.2L, 2400Cal

 

4.5L of water and exercised for 60mins :D 

had two flavours, strawberry and cappiccino, felt energetic all the time and in a really good mood

didn't get good sleep because of school but slept for 5 hrs in total :unsure:

 

RESULTS: - 1.3 kg / 2.8lb

Current weight: 53.9 kg / 118.8lb

 

Super happy with the results.

today i'm doing potatoe chips, and might try different potatoe style,or not, depends on my cravings :P 

I know it's risky and probably will gain but It's the weekend here so I'm staying home anyways

Great results!!! Just a warning, some people don't get great results on more carb-y foods. It could work though. Excited to hear your results. We have very similar stats so I may try this next. Best of luck!

That’s why I’m nervous about stepping on the scale tomorrow

Yesterday on Thursday > Potato Chips mono, 240gm, 1293 cal

Had >4L water, walked 10K steps
Had different flavours of pringles and half a boild potato because I was so hungry at night but ran out of pringles
Woke up to a much flatter stomach :D

RESULTS: + 0.9kg / 1.9lb
Current weight: 54.8 kg / 120.8 lb
I enjoyed it so much i'm not even mad I gained, but I know i'm not doing it again

So I was thinking that I need protein but i'm not craving for anything savory. So I have a protein powder chocolate flavour, has 120cal per scoop and 24grams of protein. I'm also getting skimmed milk and low calorie sweetner with it.
Will try to restrict below 1500cal and I should do my full body workout today,

Hello
Yesterday on Friday > protein chocolate shake mono , 4 scoops + 800 ml skimmed milk , ~1000 calorie

Full body workout 100min, 4.6L water

RESULTS: maintained
Current weight: 54.8 kg

My abs were more flat and defined so I’m not upset with maintenance

Today will do eggs mono

OMG I woke up late for school I couldn’t weigh my self but took a look in the mirror and my 11 line was soo defined I was really happy.
I just got back and had A bottle of water. I’ll take a nap and weigh myself later

I'm back with final results!

Yesterday on saturday >> Eggs mono, 10 eggs all in little coconut oil, 800calorie i,d say

 

4.1L, cup of coffee in the morning, one diet coke in the evening.

did my workouts 100min, felt energetic but I couldn't stand the thought of eggs any more

I cheated and had 1,5 of biscuits (287cal)

my stomach was flatter but I wished to lese something around my arms, they still look big even tho i workout and to upper body :(

 

RESULTS: -.8kg / 1.7lb

Current weight: 54KG / 119 lb

 

I am considering this as my starting weight because it's around what I usually way but I started after a bing so it wasn't 100% real I believe

so yesterday I was soo craving for something refreshing so I bought a medium watermelon ALL to myself

 

So it's watermelon mono today, tried it in the past, always worked always loved it!

So far not so good like it used to be, It’s near the end of the day and I cheated :(
I had few pastries and the were 10 times more delicious
I was sooo tempted I wanted to binge on anything that’s not watermelons
Sad thing my sleeping hours are around 3-4 am
I still have a long time to resist
Can’t wait till this is over without a binge or fucking it up

Any suggestions for my next mono? Something satisfying?

Yesterday on Sunday >> Watermelon Mono, Whole medium water melon, watermelon juice, strawberry juice(a friend offered), ~1470cal

Watermelons are soo delicious but I got tempted easily and binged and purged pastries, and had two pieces without purging them but...
still lost

RESULTS: - 0.9kg / 1.98lb
Current weight: 53.1kg / 117 lb


good loss compared to my failure, still I didn't lose any thing around my arms or legs it's really upsetting to me
Today will do eggs mono, with hot sauce,cheese,garlic and seasonings I want to enjoy it more than last time

Just weighed myself out of curiosity and i’m 1.4 kg over my morning weight, it’s alot compare to what I usually weigh in the middle of the day. Still had my last meal I didn’t want to skip it, and let’s hope for no gain tomorrow *crosses fingers*

Just woke up in the middle of my sleep and weighed myself in and i’m 2kg higher?? Wtf? That’s like more than four pounds

I drank 1.2L will go back to finish my sleep and see what happens
