so i've been eating normally (?) for the past 2 days I've been fighting with myself over whether or not I should keep eating normal like everyone wants me to do or just go back to restricting. I really want to start losing again, i haven't stepped on a scale in so long and it's driving me crazy, I've probably gained a shit ton of weight,,

Anyways I'm starting this diet tomorrow.
I'll probably weigh myself a week after and count that as the start weight cause I'm way too scared to do it tomorrow.
I'm going shopping tomorrow too. I'll probably get fruit and veg and some monsters. I usually overeat when I go shopping cause I always end up buying a bunch of junk I don't need and eat it when I'm home, lmao. Not tomorrow tho (hopefully)

I usually walk an hour a day so that'll be the only exercise I do along with jumping jacks cause I have to do atleast 100 - 150 of them a day for some reason.
Haven't been running lately ;(

Hopefully I don't fuck this up like I do everything else :.)
