Did this like in 2017 or 2018 for prom...
I think i was 98IB and dropped to 87.5IB ((lowest i ever been))
It was a Monday-Thursday diet i believe...so four days.
I think i was doing 300 a day. ((Some days i did coffee with sugar and milk instead of a shake cause weak asf))

But
This time
I dont want to know my starting weight but its def somewhere around 135 maybe 140😱

So i wanna get slim again.
Fix myself.
And to do so ill be having 2-3 shakes a day. No sugar. Sugar bAd.

Sadly it'll be whey protein and coconut milk ((vegan would of been nice but pea protein is gross asf and soy not good for me))

It'll be Monday-Friday.


Plan

Monday
2 protein shakes: 270/ 135 per shake
30 min walk: -90/estimation
Melatonin ((cause if i dont eat i dont sleep))
6 diet pills

Tuesday
3 protein shakes
30 min walk
Melatonin ((cause if i dont eat i dont sleep))
6 diet pills

Wednesday
3 protein shakes
30 min walk
Melatonin ((cause if i dont eat i dont sleep))
6 diet pills

Thursday
3 protein shakes
30 min walk

That saturday i might just fast *fingers crossed*

Sunday ill have breakfast dinner with fams/prob taking a laxative if i dont go thoughout this ordeal.

And monday forward i'll move to a different forum. Hoping to eat more vegan base to get rid of acne overload...and cut that damn sugar out cause fffff😤

Starting weight: 141 yikes...
Goal weight by the end of this: 132 max (may not happen but one can hope🤣)
((A lot of my weight is def water weight from hella soduim overload... so 5 pounds should be shredded fast/and loosing a pound during the 4 days seem reasonable.))

I forgot to nention ill also be driking a monster (ultra zero ones)
Coffee (black only)
And 2 pieces of gum for tuesday/wednesday/thursday/friday

So calorie changes:

Monday
•1 ultra zero pink monster: 10 cals
•1 cup black coffee: 5 cals
•2 protein shakes: 270 cals
•Prob 18 mg of Melatonin
•6 Garcinia cambogia pills
((30+15 min walk/ 135 burned maybe))
Total: 285-walk calories


Tuesday
•1 ultra zero white monster: 10 cals
•1 cup black coffee: 5 cals
•3 protein shakes: 405 cals
•2 pieces of gum: 10 cals
•Prob 18 mg of Melatonin
•6 Garcinia cambogia pills
Total: 430-walk calories

((Tuesday-friday i'll be working 8 hour shifts so i'll be on my feet more but calorie wise idc about that))

TMI onward:

On other news, looks like it's good i didnt take a laxative yesterday, my body be in havoc mode anyways🤣👏
And i can see melatonin give me the explosive yikes at least tomorrow so yeeet.

Also i usually only take 3 of those diet pills a day for work cause its the only thing that makes me stomach not hurt😢 used to take a shit ton of Midol but it...made me feel so sick (2 pills a day max on Midol)

So the garcinia cambogia pills seem to do the trick without other issues...i have been binging when i only take 3 of them but thats my fault from stressing about life.
6 usually does the trick though. To me it feels like 6 gives me a seratonin overload, which feels similar to what food does to me, but better cause you know...not bloated like a mf🤣

The end game of this entire thing id really to loose the shit weight, and then from here on out i really would consider a keto vegan diet if i can stand a diet like this.
I want to get to 120Ib by the end of April or something ((95 would be great again but i see it impossoble, that 17 year old me was on some sort of mind shit back then *really bad dEpReSsiOn*. Don't get me wrong though, i'm still depress. But of course the weight always comes back. So maybe ifni stay in the middle lane...all should be gucci.

115IB would be the lowest i'd go i guess. But we will see💫

Today i walked for:
30 mins brisk
20 mins leisurary
Total burned: 160

I had:
•1 monster
•1 coffee
•Soon to be 2 shitty ass protein shakes that wont mix with coconut water so its all chunky😋
•Had all my diet pills today
•will take melatonin soon

So
285-160=125 total for today

Finna die tomorrow ya'll😭👏

Wanna cry a lil cause bishes be making pancakes the first time in MONTHS.

Whatever though.

At least i'm get to the perfect body soon i guess.

Tuesday

Had a monster/coffee/protein shake/diet pills for a scattered lunch today😋

Also walked for 30 minutes

Been debating on eating fried eggs tonight but prob will suck it up and only habe another protein shake.

Nothing taste good right now, even the pancake and egg i had on monday tasted bland asf🤣

I'll update tonight stuff;

And yet i oofed again🙂👍 totalled out to 1,205 cals so not a binge persay.

But dammmn thats tough.

I think im just gonna give up on this diet cause these shakes are god awful.

Ill be moving over to the accountability page instead.

Sorry to those who were following this post😞 this does typically work but i think it only worked before was cause i'd have coffee with milk and sugar when i really needed it.

I've recently been skipping breakfast, having a low carb protein shake/meal replacer in the afternoon and a normalish healthyish meal in the evening and its been pretty effective so far!
Im finding skipping breakfast along with low carb in afternoon somehow is keeping my hunger pangs at bay too.

I tried this last year (I think it was) and was just bloated all the time and it didn't do anything for me. I was so annoyed after a week I gave up. I think I was at 350ish? cals a day, 2 shakes. I literally only drank Premier Protein shakes. I think the artificial sweeteners or all the dairy fucked me up or something. 

 

I just really loved the simplicity of it. now I want to try it again lol it sounds dreamy to alternate coffee and protein shakes as fuel, though I take benadryl to sleep cause melatonin won't work for me. perhaps alternate the protein-shake-only days? like MWF

Hey ya'll i see people are still seeing this post and that it may be working for you guys!

For the person talking about the bloat, i have issues with whey in general cause it may be a dairy intolerance *though artifical sweeteners are a nice evil back stabber too😭*

Starting Tuesday, April 6th i'll be hopping back onto this again. From Last monday to friday, my eating habits been pretty ok...i got to 132.5! But of course saturday/sunday/and today were a yikes fest🤭

So i have 4 days to get in better shape for something.


So heres the plan


Tuesday
•1 monster: 10 cals
•1 coffee: 5 cals
•3 gums: 15 cals
•2 protein shakes: 270 or 290 cals
•2 hard boiled eggs: 140 cals

Wednesday
•30 min walk
•1 rockstar: 25 cals
•1 coffee: 5 cals
•2 gums: 10 cals
•2 protein shakes
•2 hard boiled eggs

Thursday
•30 min walk
•1 monster: 10 cals
•1 coffee: 5 cals
•2 gums: 10 cals
•2 protein shakes
•2 hard boiled eggs

Friday//WEIGH IN

so, hopefully i'll get to 129 IB😭👍

Then the week after, i'll be doing a normal diet.

Interested to alternate diets per week/ so the body doesn't get used to anything.

Okay, I am starting a liquid protein shake diet with fruit, mixed greens and eggs added. I am 279.1 lbs and I would love to do this until I get to 240 lbs. 

 

It is 10:39 pm and I am going to quickly make my coffee protein shake with added egg for breakfast and make a fruit smoothie shake with egg for lunch which I will need to freeze in the freezer overnight.

I finally did it. It took me a little over an hour to make 4 days of protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, 8 bottles total. Now it is 12:16 am and I am going to bed. Since I put egg in them, I put the ones I am not using for that day in the freezer and I will take them out to thaw overnight in the fridge for the next day.

I like this concept, sometimes I like to substitute my breakfast and lunch with a shake/smoothie. But I always plan some kind of meal for the evening bc I'm very prone to craving salt and whenever I drink a sweet shake I crave salt even more and it's a binge trigger for me.

I've started the protein shake diet Sunday morning, and it is now Wednesday I am 274.7 pounds from 280 lbs in 3 days. 

 

What I am going to do is add walnut oil into the smoothies so I can get some fats in to keep me from being hungry. I can't use coconut oil, because it turnes hard as a rock when it hits the cold ice from my smoothies, so it is like eating chunks of fat unless you make a smoothie bowl where you eat it like ice cream, but I like to drink my smoothie.

To be honest, I ate real food for the past two days out of laziness of not going to the grocery store to buy more protein powder. I bought 5 tubs: 2 chocolates, 3 vanilla, 18 eggs and some Crystal Lite powders in Lemon tea, peach tea, citrus and I think grape. Plus I got two quarts of half & half mix in the smoothies. 

 

If anyone loves soda, try Dr. Pepper Zero, because it taste so delicious almost like cream soda. 

 

Due to eating regular food, I gained one pound, so by next weekend (today is Saturday) hopefully I will get out of the 270s. 

 

I bought 5 congratulations greeting cards which I will open up with every 20 lbs I will lose. I wrote an encouraging message to myself in each greeting card, and I wrote a non-food reward when I hit 260, 240, 220, 200 and finally 180 lbs. Basically, the reward is to visit some of the art museums in my city.

It is 12:23 am. I just finished making 7 bottles of smoothies: 4 mixed berry smoothies for lunch, 3 coffee & sugar-free chocolate syrup smoothies for breakfast. And I decide to not be lazy and made a large preservative jar matcha smoothie for when I get home from work. 

 

So I have smoothies for all this week Monday - Friday to get me through work. 

 

My goal is to get out of 270s by upcoming Memorial Day weekend, plus start walking to and from work/home for exercise. 

 

Okay let me go to bed, because I have to get up at 6 a.m. It seems I might need a can of RedBull in the morning. LOL
