oh lawd i rarely cook lol

1. apples - i like buying big honey crisp apples as they are super sweet and very filling so i will eat one as a meal

2. kabocha squash - i cut it up into small cubes and then boil it until soft, then fry up with some coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon. an absolute TREAT.

3. frozen mixed veggies - i buy a big frozen mix of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli and i'll just stir fry that with a protein.

4. cauliflower - i made so much soup this winter and one of my favourites was cauliflower (or broccoli) cheddar soup. so filling and comforting.

5. coconut almond milk - i use this to make matcha lattes, smoothies, protein shakes, etc.

1. purple sweet potatoes - steaming is the best!! I'm literally obsessed with steamed potatoes .

how do you steam yours and how long does it take?
i heard steaming is the best method to cook food because it keeps some of the vitamins and minerals intact.

the water,

iceberg lettuce,

cucumber,

other kinds of lettuce,

mushrooms

i mean pretty pro much starvation mode :D

if there is fructose, more than 30 kcal in 100g i mean dude...ain't that too risky? you know :D

or rather just up to 20 :D

and then i am like it is all about portion because you can't go just salad all the time :D and then i am like fuck it i need intuition :D and don't even have the power to obey that because it tells me to starve :D so i go totally insane unsafe mode

I love sugar snap peas!
They just taste so crisp and clean. Also, they're extremely tasty and have a super nice texture
