so I am doing a 24h egg mono today to kick start my weight loss. I have done this before and usually lost weight really nice.
My current stats:
Height: 158 cm
Weight: 49,7 kg
I had breakfast already which was one boiled egg and coffee. I know you're not supposed to drink coffee during monos but if I don't I get massive headache and I don't want that. I am planning to have 3 eggs for lunch and 3 for dinner and then drank tons of water. I am also going to the supermarket today and I thought I could walk there so I am going to get some light exercise
I don't know yet but if this is a success I think I am going to do some other monos too. I have tons of apples so I guess that could be next? I am open for I ideas if you guys have any
I am going to update here how I feel and how much I lost tomorrow!
