Hi,

so I am doing a 24h egg mono today to kick start my weight loss. I have done this before and usually lost weight really nice.

 

My current stats:

Height: 158 cm

Weight: 49,7 kg 

BMI: 19,91

 

I had breakfast already which was one boiled egg and coffee. I know you're not supposed to drink coffee during monos but if I don't I get massive headache and I don't want that.  I am planning to have 3 eggs for lunch and 3 for dinner and then drank tons of water. I am also going to the supermarket today and I thought I could walk there so I am going to get some light exercise :)

 

I don't know yet but if this is a success I think I am going to do some other monos too. I have tons of apples so I guess that could be next? I am open for I ideas if you guys have any :)

 

I am going to update here how I feel and how much I lost tomorrow!

Hi!

So everything went according to plan and I had 3 boiled eggs for lunch and 3 for dinner. So total 7 eggs. I wasn't hungry yesterday which was a bonus so this was rather "easy" mono to do, I think it's because all the protein. Only time I was hungry was right before bed but that's because I had the dinner around 6pm and went to sleep 1am :D I didn't drink as much water as I wanted (I try to have 2L at least) because I was busy.

 

So the results:

Weight: 48,7 kg

Lost: 1 kg

BMI: 19,51

BMI difference: -0,4

 

This was amazing! I never thought I'd lose that much :) I know it's mostly water but still! And this is very encouraging to try other monos. As you can see I am in the lower end of healthy BMI and I know a lot people my size struggle to lose a kilo in a week and I lost it in a day. So if you are struggling I recommend this one!

 

I think I am going to do another one tomorrow. I would do it today but I have some soup in my fridge I have to eat before it goes bad haha :D So tomorrow I could do the apples, I will update it here as well.

Hi!

So today I am doing the apple mono and I am so excited. I had yesterday 2 cups of coffee and an energy drink and one bowl of minced meat soup (it had just minced meat, potatoes, some other veggies and broth)

 

My current stats:

Weight: 48,3 kg

Loss/total loss: -0,4 kg/ -1,4 kg

BMI: 19,35

BMI loss/total loss: -0,16/-0,56

 

I have like 6 or 7 red delicious apples, but if I get super hungry I will probably buy some more. I am also going for a walk today, I am not sure yet how long.

I am excited about the results but I am also bit stressed because I know apples aren't the most calorie dense foods out there and I will have blood work done tomorrow and the results are probably going to look like shit lol. Also I should send my weight to my doctor via email and idk if I should lie or not because my doctor knows my healthy weight is around 52-57 kg where my body usually settles. I don't want to be forced into recovery when I am not ready for that.

 

Anyways, my breakfast is cup of coffee with oatmilk, glass of water and an apple. I might update how the day goes today but if not, see you tomorrow!

Ok so it's 11.14 am and I just had another apple because I feel like shit.

Going to drink some water too and then I'll try to study

Pfft, felt so horrible yesterday I had to quit the apple mono so I gained like 500g even tho I didn't eat a lot yesterday. I am going to eat "normally" today because I have doctors weigh in in the ed unit tomorrow. Tomorrow I was thinking protein shake mono

Moringimg,

 

todays weight was 49,1 kg which pissed me off but at least my doc won't be that worried lol. I am doing protein shake mono today with soy protein (I am lactose intolerant so can't use milk protein) and I am hoping to lose a lot. I gain weight fast if I eat normally but it's just water so I think I can get to 48,4-48,1 kg by tomorrow

hi!

Had 3 protein shakes yesterday and wasn't really hungry at all. Also had 1l of water.

 

cw: 48,2 kg

lost: 0,9 kg

bmi: 19,31

 

It's been fun doing monos but I am now going to a differend diet so I have to stop
