I'm a sucker for hot chocolate when the weather is cold, but I'm finding it increasingly hard to get decent low carb ones. Anyone want to suggest me their favourite so I can stock up my stash <3

I just like to use unsweetened cocoa powder, mix that in hot water and then add a splash of unsweetened soy milk. You might not like it if you prefer something sweeter but it's definitely low carb, low cal and it satisfies my hot chocolate cravings!

Pyure makes a low carb hot cocoa mix and I found it at Walmart.

Unsweetened cacao powder + unsweetened almond milk (very low carb, like 0.3net carbs per 100ml) and then you can choose to add artificial sweetener or not.

Temporary lapse.

While I've only had premade high-sugar versions of spicy cocoa, you might add some cinnamon and/or cayenne to a homemade low-sugar blend to make it more interesting.

Avalanche brand! 32 calories and less than 3 carbs!
It's a New Zealand brand but also available in Australia. Not sure where else it in the world you can get it but it tastes really good!

High restricting is the way for me because slow and steady wins the race. As far as I'm concerned, as long as you end the day on a calorie deficit, you have won.
