hello hello, i've crawled out of my lazy hole
starting an accountability thread to keep myself on track, but if anyone's curious on my habits
you're most welcome to join in lol

 

my stats
sw: 178lb | cw: 156.4lb | gw: 135lb

I'm so bad at keeping on track and not giving up half way through, so let's see how long i can go 
also trying to stay under 700cal per day per this calculator 

 

 

i've already been restricting for about a month now, but not entirely tracking calories until recently
also doing light work outs everyday on top of having a very active job
hence the weight lost so far

so. lets go

thoughts
feeling gross about intake today and extremely guilty
walked 3 miles total to try and make up for it
still a bit unhappy even though i weighed in almost 2lbs less than yesterday.
saw a picture of myself taken today and i just felt insecure as hell, i looked like a yeast roll lol.
overall mood today is a damper

honestly had a really rough day so i ate my feelings a bit.
prior to, weigh in was 160.9

 

friday, march 26th 2021

slightly better day, still kind of rough. feeling down + guilty

exercise
abs workout - 32cal
walking - 80cal 
may do more later to feel better

intake
large lemonade with strawberry juice 

salsa + chips 

dont want to think about the amount of calories lol

was able to purge about half, so 155?

feeling great about only eating 50cal yesterday lol

 

intake:

vitamin water lemonade - 0

starbucks strawberry acai base (8oz) - 50
tea with almond milk - 30

                80cal

 

i really enjoy the lemonade with the raspberry + strawberry acai from starbucks that's trending on tiktok,
however i didn't want to waste over 100 calories on that, so i improvised and got a 0cal lemonade
added the base + it was only around 50 cal <3

my little treat for the day considering my intake yesterday was impressive lol

had a family function today, absolutely couldn't not eat.
tried to eat as little / the most low calorie options
did drink a bunch of cocktails, however purged all of them immediately.

after dinner weigh in: 162.8

honestly just felt so horrible about myself today about finally getting out of the 160s yesterday
just to fuck it up with dinner.  even though i purged all my drinks i wasn't able to with the food itself
so i just feel like a blob of grease lol

work out: 32cal

3083 steps: 127cal

total: 159

intake: 
3 sips of some juice lol, maybe 50 calories.

water + green tea

Net: -109 calories.
being very strict with myself today in order to get back out of the 160.
