I did Jeon Somi's Diet for 5 days and lost a couple pounds. It's simply 3 banana's a day, one for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. 

Weirdly weight loss was kind of slow but I lost about 4.4 pounds.

SW: 146.6

EW: 142.2 

 

- I drank nothing but water or black coffee

- I worked out every other day (light cardio)

- Stopped eating after 7 pm

 

I just finished this today so idk if I will maintain. I plan to keep losing atm so I guess I'll know in a few weeks if I fail or plateau.

Congrats on finishing the diet! There's def a noticeable difference in your before and after pics!

What was your diet like before doing this one? Was your intake high/low?

Thanks and It was around 900-1,200 a day because I finished another crash diet a few weeks ago and was just trying to maintain after. 

Some days were high if I ate late at night.

I need your willpower! Nicely done.
I tried the IU diet at the beginning of the year, lasted about 3 days. I'll definitely be trying this one soon.

Good luck! 3 days is still a good amount ^^ Sometimes trying things for a shorter amounts works better so it doesn't break your spirit.

Like I could never finish the ABC diet and it it always ended in a binge bc I was disappointed.
