I did Jeon Somi's Diet for 5 days and lost a couple pounds. It's simply 3 banana's a day, one for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Weirdly weight loss was kind of slow but I lost about 4.4 pounds.
- I drank nothing but water or black coffee
- I worked out every other day (light cardio)
- Stopped eating after 7 pm
I just finished this today so idk if I will maintain. I plan to keep losing atm so I guess I'll know in a few weeks if I fail or plateau.
