hi everyone! today i’m starting the 90 day healthy skinny girl diet. i chose the hsgd for now because if i go any lower in calories atm i absolutely will binge. hopefully i’ll be able to start a stricter diet after this one!
i decided to make a thread to keep myself accountable because calorie counting on its own just isn’t enough to keep me on track anymore. i have gotten so fat over the past year it’s actually tragic lol, i can feel the extra weight on me & none of my cute clothes fit anymore. i have a wedding to go to at the end of july where i'll see all my family, so i really want to stick to this!
