hi everyone! today i’m starting the 90 day healthy skinny girl diet. i chose the hsgd for now because if i go any lower in calories atm i absolutely will binge. hopefully i’ll be able to start a stricter diet after this one!

i decided to make a thread to keep myself accountable because calorie counting on its own just isn’t enough to keep me on track anymore. i have gotten so fat over the past year it’s actually tragic lol, i can feel the extra weight on me & none of my cute clothes fit anymore. i have a wedding to go to at the end of july where i'll see all my family, so i really want to stick to this!

cw: 190lb

gw1: 170lb

gw2: 150lb

gw3: 140lb

ugw: 120lb

 

✧ i'm going to weigh myself every week

✧ everything i eat / drink will be counted

any exercise calories won't be removed from the total

went on a picnic today with my bf & his friends because of lockdown restrictions easing. i saw so many skinny girls with cute outfits & it made me feel like shit lmao, BUT it def motivated me to stick to this diet so i can look cute for summer. overall it was a good day but i just wish i didn't snack so much! this diet helped keep me accountable though.

so today i binged & i'm so upset about it. i keep thinking about how a few years ago i would be able to follow this diet so easily and i want to get that willpower back. tomorrow i'm supposed to eat 950 (i think??) and i'm debating whether to restrict or just keep going.
