IU K-POP DIET
I have been so sick for one week and i feel a lot better however, i have so much water retention so doing k-pop diet. Done this in summer and the results were really good so here goes round 2
Lunch: Sweet potato
Dinner: Protein shake
Starting weight: 122
Im fully stocked up on protein, apples, sweet potatoes, coffee & pepper mint tea to get rid of this bloating!!
