Ive recently started the HSGD again but found I could do with a little push. Currently on day 2 and already 2 lbs down!
I plan on doing it twice in a row or the extended version, I'll decide on day 21 depending on weight loss.
DISCLAIMER - I am at a higher BMI, much higher than other members I've seen do the diet, so the likelihood is I will lose it faster.
I did the HSGD a fair few years ago and lost just short of 40 lbs in 6 weeks. I plan to surpass that this time *fingers crossed*
ANOTHER DISCLAIMER - I won't reveal my weight but I will keep you updated on my daily losses <3 My reasoning for this is I find a lot of shame in my weight, especially since I had a super low BMI at one point and I'm just ashamed of the weight I've gained.
Just a little update on how its gone so far...
ALLOWANCE - 900 kcal
Intake - 832 kcal
Breakfast - NIL
Lunch - healthy homemade subway wraps - 660
Dinner - Tuna Mayo - 163
Exercise - 246 kcal
NET INTAKE - 577
ALLOWANCE - 800 kcal
Intake - 590 (so far)
Breakfast - Trimmed bacon and eggs - 373 kcal
Lunch - Prawn Salad - 217 kcal
Dinner - UNKNOWN
Exercise - 90 kcal (Will exercise again later)
NET INTAKE - 499 (so far)
CURRENT LOSS - 2 LBS
I DON'T TRACK VEGETABLES AND FRUIT, INCLUDING POTATOES BUT I DO TRACK ALL OTHER FOODS.
