Hi Guys, I'm Rosie. 

Ive recently started the HSGD again but found I could do with a little push. Currently on day 2 and already 2 lbs down!

I plan on doing it twice in a row or the extended version, I'll decide on day 21 depending on weight loss.

DISCLAIMER - I am at a higher BMI, much higher than other members I've seen do the diet, so the likelihood is I will lose it faster.

 

I did the HSGD a fair few years ago and lost just short of 40 lbs in 6 weeks. I plan to surpass that this time *fingers crossed*

 

ANOTHER DISCLAIMER - I won't reveal my weight but I will keep you updated on my daily losses <3 My reasoning for this is I find a lot of shame in my weight, especially since I had a super low BMI at one point and I'm just ashamed of the weight I've gained.

 

Just a little update on how its gone so far...

 

DAY ONE

ALLOWANCE - 900 kcal

Intake - 832 kcal

 

Breakfast - NIL

Lunch - healthy homemade subway wraps - 660

Dinner - Tuna Mayo - 163

 

Exercise - 246 kcal

 

NET INTAKE - 577 

 

DAY TWO

ALLOWANCE - 800 kcal

Intake - 590 (so far)

Breakfast - Trimmed bacon and eggs - 373 kcal

Lunch - Prawn Salad - 217 kcal

Dinner - UNKNOWN

 

Exercise - 90 kcal (Will exercise again later)

 

NET INTAKE - 499 (so far)

 

CURRENT LOSS - 2 LBS

 

I DON'T TRACK VEGETABLES AND FRUIT, INCLUDING POTATOES BUT I DO TRACK ALL OTHER FOODS.

Breakfast - Trimmed bacon and eggs - 373 kcal

Lunch - Prawn Salad - 217 kcal

Dinner - 40g fruit and fibre & 50ml semi skimmed milk - 180 kcal

 

Exercise - 185 Kcal

 

NET INTAKE - 585 kcal

I've been so busy with work I haven't updated in 2 days 🙃 so... I've managed to stick but haven't been able to weigh due to the scale batteries dying. Some should be delivered today and ill weigh in the AM tomorrow for an accurate reading.
I have netted around 500 each day.

Todays goal is 1100 but I think ill stick to 1000 and hopefully be well under that. Currently at 50 for milk in tea but currently no food intake
