Okay, I am back with you guys! 159.4 this morning. It went WAY up and then back down with the couple days before my period, which started today.


Height: 5'8.5"
HW: 184lbs on 1/15/2021

CW: 142.0 on 6/9/2021

NGW: 139.0

UGW: 115.0

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

158.6 today.

It feels good to get just that teensie bit further away from 160. I want to never see 160 again!!

I'm about 4 lbs away from my weight when I got engaged. I looked a lot better then, though, without years of pregnancies and breastfeeding.

It makes me sad to know I'll never have the body I had... but I have hopes that finally introducing weight training could put me into a new, albeit different, but equally good in a new way type of body?

I am starting very slow though. With dumbells and the weight of my own body.

I joined a gym last year and then everything shut down and I still got charged because I signed a contract ...so... I am a bit burned by that and scared to rejoin one. Haha. I threw about $1200 down the drain. (I signed up for me + kids) But I noticed there is a small one down the street from me that I could potentially visit without kids (so close! I could go after my husband gets off work.) I am betting it will be more affordable than the giant gym so I won't feel pressured to do any kind of contract deal.

But a lot of me says why bother with a gym, there are plenty of women who do exclusively home workouts and look great so I should just learn from them.

I ate at maintenance yesterday and gained less than a pound of water weight!! I’m really happy about it haha I was expecting like 5 pounds to pile on

158.0 today.

I am now 3lbs from my weight when I became pregnant with my middle child (155) but that was after gaining 10lbs from a miscarriage. So 13 lbs from my pre-baby weight (145) if I don't count my much older child. That is where people start to consider me to be thin, enough to comment on it.

157.2 this morning with a BMI of 23.9 if you ask my app, or 23.8 if you ask my scale. Either way I made it to BMI 23! Goodbye BMI 24!

I got down to 150.9 a couple days ago and now I’m stuck at 151.5; I am so sick of the 150s lol I want out!
