Height: 5'8.5"
HW: 184lbs on 1/15/2021

CW: 142.0 on 6/9/2021

NGW: 139.0

UGW: 115.0

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

High just coming from the out of 160s group. Weighing in at 158.8lb today.
I think my scale is broke . It never calibrated like it normally does . Will see next weigh day if my scales a lying fuck face or not

LW=118
CW(4/10/21)= 161.0

Still stuck at 151.7; I’ve been low restricting hoping the weight loss will be faster but I think I’ve gone too low and now my body is just holding on to everything I eat, so I’m going to try to up my calories to 1200 and see if that helps. The first nine lbs came off so easily; now I’m just stuck.

HW: 160 lbs
LW: 97 lbs
CW: 151.7 lbs
GW1: 135 lbs
GW2: 125 lbs
UGW: 115 lbs

156.8 today. I knew a small gain was coming. I ate a little more yesterday ~1000 and didn't have a BM. I am reminding myself that this is temporary.

Finally back to 150.9 again.

The thing is I know I’d lose faster if I increased my calories a bit and added in rigorous exercise every day but I’m just too anxious and yet somehow lazy at the same time. I’m barely eating and so my metabolism has slowed to a crawl. Losertown says I should be at my goal weight by August 1st but I have a feeling that ain’t happening lol.

Losing weight is so much harder for me these days, but tbh I’m not doing very much to lose it. Ever since I had a hysterectomy four years ago and got on HRT my body is just clinging to fat. On top of that I started antipsychotics and that just piled on the pounds. I remember getting to a BMI of 16 when I was 22 by running 6-8 miles daily and eating almost 1700 (!!!) calories. Now I’m stuck at a BMI of 26.5, eating fewer than 600 a day, but I’m also sitting on my fat ass all day except to walk my dog for 30 min. So I’m scared to actually eat more because if I’m barely losing on 600, it’s guaranteed I’ll gain on anything higher.

Sorry for the rant. I’m just feeling some type of way.

Back down to 156.4 today, so basically no loss for 3 days.

157.4 I have been very steadily dropping though so hopefully I won’t be here too long. I seem to be going down about .5 lbs a day. Fingers crossed it keeps dropping consistently!
