154.4 today and I feel really good about it (it marks 30lbs lost in 2021!!) But I just KNOW I will weigh more tomorrow. I just know it. I lost 2lbs overnight. There is no way that is sticking. I ate 4.8oz of salmon tonight. I'd be surprised if I don't weigh in at 157 tomorrow.

On the other hand, if my body would prefer to drop another 2lbs overnight, that would be cool.

HW: 184lbs on 1/15/2021

CW: 142.0 on 6/9/2021

NGW: 139.0

UGW: 115.0

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

Guys I'm now down to 147.2 from 150.2!!! It took forever btw!  :lol:  :rolleyes:  I guess I need to change my signature, but I like seeing that it needs to be updated, so I might wait a minute.  B)

I'm actually surprised. I fully expected to gain.

Now I expect to gain tomorrow. Lol. I ate pizza tonight.

But if I see 153 I will be happy.

I don't know how I keep losing so steadily but I will gladly accept it! The 160's was a completely different story. 

The only change I can think of is a protein breakfast. Maybe kickstarting metabolism for the day?

Or maybe it is totally unrelated.

I'm still afraid of a hefty rogue gain undoing all of this progress.

I haven’t weighed myself in a couple of days because I know I’ve gained and don’t want to face the music LOL. I would guess I’m about 151-152, up from 150.1 exactly. Worst case scenario is 153. The frustrating thing is I’m not even overeating or eating things I shouldn’t! I’ve just screwed up my body that badly. Ever since I quit purging a couple months ago I’ve been stuck gaining and losing the same five pounds. I hear it takes a while for your body to recover from all that so I’m still holding out hope that if I keep high restricting and exercising I’ll finally break this plateau, but I’m not counting on it happening any time soon.

It has to happen eventually! Consistency is all that matters. Your body can't cling on to the weight forever.

Thank you for the encouragement, you’re so sweet! I hope you’re right. I’m trying to remind myself how much safer this is than purging. Like being a little overweight still isn’t healthy and I want to get this weight off, but purging would have killed me a lot faster.

yes! I know it CAN'T be easy once purging has become an option. I was never successful with it and I'm thankful because I know it has to be tempting and almost addictive, know you just can... but absolutely this is the better path for you and I'm so proud of you for valuing your worth and treking the harder path. (NOT to say restriction is harder or better, AT ALL. Only that not purging is a harder path for someone trying to stop.)
