120 this morning but I think aunt flow is coming to town, so hopefully it is bloat. 

 

Yesterday I had a rare good restriction day, i.e. ate at 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. but was hungry to the point of extreme irritability before each meal. Yay? lol

I think i got that level of hungry too.  I find sometimes I get almost a panic attack/super anxious and eating alleviates that.  Why?  My body is weird.

 

I might sneak in a weight check tomorrow AM....hubs should be unconscious as i have an Easter service and he is not a church person

CW (4/3) = 193.6

Down 5.5 lbs

 

My weight goal is to be at 189 or less by the end of April.

I've set my monthly weight goals at 10 lbs

Weighed myself 3/31 to see my SW:

 

SW (3/31) = 199.1

CW (4/3) = 193.6

Down 5.5 lbs

 

My weight goal is to be at 189 or less by the end of April.

Wow!  That's a large weight loss for a few days.  At that rate I'm sure you'll reach your goal of 189 lbs by the end of the month.

Weighed this morning and I am 122 lbs (8 stone 10 lbs) which is my goal weight!!!  :)  I am very happy with this.  I am now looking at maintenance rather than weight loss, but having said that, I'll see how it goes and depends on how I feel.

 

Yesterday I consumed 400 calories over my daily goal of 1,450, but I knew I would be substantially over as I was having a large dinner.  Therefore, it was also a heavy exercise day burning over 1,400 calories (1 hour rebounder workout in the morning, 9.5 mile run mid-afternoon and 1.5 mile evening walk).

 

Today is a rest day, with maybe a short recovery bounce on the rebounder later this evening and a couple of planks/isometric exercises.

 

I've not touched an Easter Egg yet, but I'm sure I'll cave into temptation tomorrow.

Wow!  That's a large weight loss for a few days.  At that rate I'm sure you'll reach your goal of 189 lbs by the end of the month.

I'm hoping so!  I just have to keep motivated!  I'm trying to keep my cals less than 1000! Hopefully!

Hello ,
Good to see other 40 yrs old . Losing weight has become a challenge after hitting 40.
I am 5’7 .. my starting weight is 145lbs .. target weight is 137 .
My plan is to low carb till I reach my GW .

Welcome! Yes losing weight has its challenges post 40 for sure. It sounds like you have a solid plan!

just a shade under 130, finally out of the 30's!  next goal is 120. 119 will put me at normal BMI.

Woke up and I was down 1 lb today!  So, since Wed. I'm down 6.5 lbs.  I'm sure it's all water weight right now, but hopefully it keeps going!

My BMI was officially 16.9 this morning.  I celebrated by taking a 17.7 mile bike ride.  LOL

 

I need to stop losing weight but also sooooo close to 99 now

Yay bike ride! 

 

Would it help for you to check-in with yourself about what your goals were and are for yourself and where weight loss fits in? If you are at a point where you can maintain (in terms of how you feel about yourself and look) that is fantastic. You can eat more and enjoy more foods you like. Try to celebrate that if you can. You have certainly earned the right to rest on your laurels a bit.

123.5 today. It's either period bloat or I'm a camel somehow storing water to cross the desert. 

 

Yesterday I ate:

10 a.m. two turkey burgers

7 p.m. loads of ham and green beans.

I did add a little to my diet. Tried to eat maintenance plus exercise calories but I don’t trust the calculation. Then I said I’d eat half my exercise cals and well

Yesterday I ate 1531 (oof) cals but MFP said I needed 200 more for maintenance. I determined that was a lie 😂

OMG, this sounds like me yesterday. It was a very calorie heavy day for me yesterday as I had a family Easter dinner and desert, plus a large evening meal! Managed not to touch a single chocolate though, but hard as the children are offering it to me. I may cave in later this evening.

Anyway, yesterday I ate 800 calories over my maintence (it's an approximate and I think I over estimated my calories as I was unsure how much my meals came to, so always best to over-estimate, rather than under in my eyes). My exercise calories came to 1,024 but according to MFP I was still in deficit by 247 calories.

No idea how accurate it is, but I'm sure I'll see when I weigh myself on Wednesday!

Me - "So you didn't like it?"

 

Him - "You are too thin"

 

You know, I had felt pretty cute until then.  Also he called me out for interrupting him (I didn't really - he paused and I pointed out a flowering bush across the street.  I know, still rude but it's not intentional.)

 

Anyway.  Not feeling great after that.  They're all out getting ice cream and I certainly don't want any NOW.

Aw Thin they never say the right things or are really happy for us are they. Mine was the reason why I jumped on the recovery bandwagon early last year and I am SO sorry I did.
Fattest I’ve been in years and I regret it - I will never listen again.

Anyway long story short I’m back. Sitting at around 189lbs and actually got some chemical help from my doc this morning - what a good lady she is. I have a bladder prolapse so sitting at this weight is making it really bad and even making me a little incontinent which is not something I want.

Referred to myself as fat this afternoon and the other half came out with “Oh this circle again” referring to my never ending ED and recovery stages. So helpful
I just informed him he doesn’t have to live in this body and at 42 I feel like sh** and I can’t do it anymore.

Hopefully down to 180 by the end of this month will officially weigh in tomorrow morning - I’ve put on almost 10 pounds in 23 days

Anyway here for the long haul this time.
