I am starting this diet right now and will be posting everyday. I'm using the extended version and I probably won't be working out much, but I'll be posting my calories and weight here. I'm going to try to only weigh myself every few days if I can, rather than everyday.

Today:

Weight - 138 pounds

5 tea eggs - 350 cals
2 tbsp of peanut butter - 200 cals
1 + 1/2 apple - 150 cals
Dinner - not eaten yet but something that's 200 cals. Maybe a protein shake
