for me it's gotta be carrots and whole grain anything

 

now I snack on carrots all day long :P & can't imagine getting normal white bread. blegh

use to despise peanut butter as a kid but i think restricting made me crave it and now i love it lol

oatmeal. the first time i had it as a kid (my mom basically forced me to LMAO) i literally threw up. now i eat it at least 5-6x a week and it's def my fav breakfast

Vegetables. I didn’t grow up having to eat vegetables. When I had them they would make me puke. I would eat big salads but that was it. Now I love love love vegetables, except for celery.

omg me too i always thought it was dry and gross but then i discovered natural peanut butter and it's way better than the skippy stuff i grew up with  :wacko:

omg YES! it is totally all abt how u prepare it!! plain oatmeal is mushy and very weird for kids HAHA i agree i love it so much now!

ugh yea i thought veggies were boring when i was little but now i literally have to eat them for every meal!! lol and yea honestly raw celery is not that great. try seasoning then roasting them!! celery soaks up all the flavor and becomes so soft since it's mostly water.

 omg idk why i also used to hate broccoli?? agree it makes me very tooty  :blink: try steaming them!! cooking brocc helps ur body break them down easier so u'll likely have less gas hehe 

 

I've read that broccoli gas is caused by bacteria working hard to digest it...so it must be rly high in fiber!!
