Herbs! When I was young, I didn't care much for them but now I add some to all my food. Cilantro, coriander, basil, oregano, shiso, scallion, make everything tastes so much better.

Pretty much all vegetables and fruits.I was suchhhh a picky eater as a kid, it's so sad to think about. Now I eat all veggies and don't eat meat.

soup (in german, we even have a word for it: Suppenkasper; it's someone from a tale who refused to eat his soup and starved to death lol, my grandma teased me with it)
avocados (I only know them since 2015 or so and didn't like them for a long time because the first one I tried didn't taste good)
kakis (same as avocado lol)
cellery (not the green cellery sticks, but the root)
potatoes (how could I have hated every form of potato except french fry???)
sauerkraut and pickled beets (I guess because I hated potatoes, I had to hate that too)
I actually only remember liking plain (PLAIN, nothing on it, maybe butter, but nothing else!) noodles
how long can u resist the choco bar?

They're one of my favorite foods now. I discovered that what I really hate about them, is how people prepare them (all slimy). I like to get a thinner/larger mushroom like an oyster mushroom, slice it up thin and fry them untill they're browned and a little crispy. They still have that great umami , savoury flavor, but not that sliminess. Granted, in some dishes like pasta, I think the sliminess can work, but I usually prefer my method.
Oh and also tomatos. There's something a little funky about them but I love them now. I can eat tomato as a side dish with basically any dinner.
