Zucchini and mushrooms. I used to have such a big problem with the consistency and I still do sometimes but I love the flavours so I eat them anyway.

onions. my mom had an intense hatred for them which i internalized and i still hate fresh onion with a passion, but sautéed it's so nice and adds so much flavour

Fish! I never really liked meat in general when I was a kid, and now I could have it 24/7. Especially fish/seafood of any kind.

For some reason I hated fruits, now I cannot imagine living without them.
I was also barely ever taking veggies unless in salads and when trying to get them re-introduced at home I was basically like "hey, when I was a toddler you used to feed me spinach. Why you stopped? Let's eat that again, it's healthy!" same happened with zucchini and eggplant <3

hahaha I have a whole list, I was a really picky eater as a kid. 

- Cauliflower

- Broccoli

- Asparagus

- Brussel Sprouts

- Green Beans

- Salad

- Zucchini

- Tomato

- Spinach

- Bell Pepper

- ONION - I hated onion, but for the texture, I thought it was slimy

- Mushrooms

 

And probably a ton more but I eat veggies now!!! Haha

I can't think of any others, I wasn't particularly picky. Only some specific home-cooked meals come to mind but I don't know their names or if they even exist in English lol

I was not a picky eater at all so ate mostly everything

EXCEPT for raw tomatoes and olives, which I forced myself to eat and now I love it!

I couldn't stand fresh tomato. My brother would bite into whole tomatoes fresh from the garden and I was just repulsed. Now I put those juicy little bitches on everything.

I used to hate tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, onion, mushrooms, fish, peanut butter. Most vegetables basically but since I developed my ED I love them all lmao
