i used to hate eggs

i still hate them

i used to hate mushrooms but i started to love them

well okay tryna love them cause they're low in calories and have protein in them

i used to have a crippling fear of mushrooms (i equated fungus with mold, and i thought it'd be like eating mold) but now i don't even know what my diet would be without them. 

 

on the flip side, i used to love pineapple but now the pain is too much to handle lol.

oatmeal, natural peanut butter, and HUMMUS. god i used to hate hummus but its literally my favorite food now, esp. homemade

celery. after being vegetarian/vegan for a long time I've come to LOVE it. similar story with cauliflower, but I really viscerally hated celery when I was little.

 

I like taking celery sticks, putting PB2 on top, and then sprinkling raisins for "ants on a log" :)

peanut butter. I thought it was the grossest thing ever and refused to ever eat it. I love it so much now, especially as a spread for my rice cakes x)

I hated all fruits and vegetables (really fussy eater as a kid) and now that's like 90% of my diet LOL

literally most healthy food. I mean I would eat it but what I really wanted was McDonalds. Now I crave salads. It's wild.

 

I feel like a lot of this was also my older brother's influence because he really is a junk/fast food head to this day and I always looked up to him

 

I also weirdly had a particular disdain for bacon and runny eggs which I can't even fathom now. I don't eat it much bacon but it's inarguably delicious, and I always eat my eggs runny.
