I don't know if this food would be considered safe by most but, I hated tuna. And now I absolutely love it. I do not have a lot of it though, due to the mercury content, and buy a very specific brand.

Olives, Honey, 0% fat Greek Yogurt, and while I now like the taste of Avocado, it still upsets my stomach no matter how little I eat.

Chickpeas! 

Hated them as a child, because for me the consistency was weird. I remember I told my mum it felt like "sand in my mouth".

Now I love them and they are a safe food and good protein source for me. 


Everything is exhausting.
