I'm trying to commit to veganism again and I wann try tofu. I tried tofu 1 time before yeeeears ago but I just ate it plain and it was really nasty. I wanna give tofu another shot and make a proper dish with it.

What's your favorite tofu recipe,(that's not too complicated to make) I seen a recipe for fried tofu with a garlic sauce that looked tasty, but I want to consider more options

Im boring as shit, and usually just add a bit of soy sauce and airfry. or bbq sauce and airfry.
I also love a tofu scramble with a variety of vegetables (onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and spinach usually). Seasoned with kala namak, black pepper, onion powder, cumin and garlic powder.

I normally just chop my tofu into small bites, season it with chili power, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then bake in the oven at 425 for around 25 minutes and its easy crispy tofu! Usually eat with some type of veg or by itself.

Have you tried marinating it in soy sauce?

I love to make facon of it! Cut it in small dices, and fry them with sou sauce, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke, , a little bit of ketchup, paprika powder and garlic powder :) Tastes very bacony and much less calories as well!

Scrambled tofu is also good. Just scramble the tofu, add black salt, pepper and cumin (or other spices of your liking). I love them with tomato beans or shirataki rice :)
