hello, i started an apple mono 4 days ago, here are my results so far.

 

day 1 - BMI 19.8 I 61.4 KG
day 2 - BMI 19.6 I 60.6 KG

day 3 - BMI 19.4 I 60.1 KG (took a lax)

day 4 - BMI 19.3 I 59.7 KG

day 5 - BMI 18.9 I 58.5 KG (binge)

day 6 - BMI 19.0 I 58.8 KG

 

i allow myself: yoghurts, coffees, broths

 

can you tell me how many apples you eat on this diet? im on 3 a day at the moment and i must admit im terribly hungry the night. and how long do you usually do it?

well, i just re-weighed myself and im finally at 58.9kg today, how is it possible to weigh less than i did this morning when i drink a lot of coffee? maybe my underwear weighed too much lol


176 cm | 5'7 ft

CW: 58.5 kg | 131 lbs

 

current BMI: 18.9

 

HW: 65 kg | 143 lbs

LW: 57 kg | 125 lbs

 

GW1: 57 kg | 125 lbs

When i did this I wouldn't really limit the apples...I'd try to gave 2-3 apples per meal...but if i needed one more i wouldnt really get pissed or anything.

I usually would end up with around5-6 apples a day cause uk, the thought of them would just make me sick.

But your results are really great I might just give it a shot as well tomorrow. :3

congrats! I know how hard it is to break through the 60kg area haha. (im so far away from that right now tho ugh)

thank you so much for your answer!!! ok i think I'm too demanding with myself, but if i had food at home i would have binged already haha (this is the advantage of living alone). join me to do it! and i never do exercices, i stay at home all day. 

and yes, my weight goes up and down for months between 57 and 62, im sick of it!

tonight was really hard, i got really hungry and ate rice with cauliflower... so i think that tomorrow i will fast

i reweighed myself and got up to 59.5kg, i also took some lax just in case

 

i hope i won't be hungry this night

so happy to have lost weight, i didn't think i was going to lose with all i ate yesterday (4 apples, two 0% yoghurt and a bowl of rice with cauliflower)

Hey, focus on how much you’ve lost. It’s great!
Also 900 won’t make you fat because even if you were quite short the TDEE won’t go under 1000 burned cals a day. So you’re still on track <3

thank you for your kindness, you are completely right <3

 

so this morning i weight 58,8kg (bmi 19.0). i will try to fast as much as possible, and lots of water! for the moment, i have fasted 11 hours

i was afraid i had gained a lot of weight because i drank a lot of alcohol and ate a lot of snacks at parties
