Starting the 2468 diet tomorrow. But instead of starting off with 200 cal. I’m going to do a mono the first day. I’m leaning towards cottage cheese or greek yogurt. I’ll post updates of my measurements as I go.

So I started today because yesterday I slept all day. Haha. So far I’ve had two eggs. I will do another update tonight, then from there I’ll update nightly.

Bust: 36 in
Waist:27 in
Hips: 34 in

Day One final update:

Two eggs scrambled (no milk) with everything bagel seasoning (145)

Two eggs scrambled (no milk) with pepper (146)

One boiled egg (70)

Full calories : 361

I will post measurements once I’ve completed this cycle of the diet. My next update will be tonight.

I haven’t fallen off lol. I’ve been sticking to it and today is another 400 cal day. I haven’t been taking measurements but I will at the end of this week for you guys.

I’m literally the worst at updating. I’ve been doing this on and off since my original post. I haven’t taken any measurements (lost my measuring tape) and I don’t have a scale at home because I tend to obsess over it if I do. I’ve noticed less bloating and overall I’ve gotten a tad slimmer. Once I find my tape I’ll take measurements and update.
