alright so i started this yesterday and i did pretty well so i think it’s time to make an accountability thread 🀍

i went through a super bad b/p cycle (mostly binging tho lmaoo) on and off for a few months so now i’m trying to lose it all & more for summer <3

obviously it’s the 6th now but i started yesterday soooo here are my stats

5’6”
sw: 168 lbs
cw: 168 lbs (to be updated friday lol)
gw: 130-140 for summertime

oh & here’s my cal count for yesterday too

* * *

breakfast: green tea (0)

lunch: n/a

dinner: 2 c. broccoli w/ cheese sauce (237)

snack: blue raspberry freezie pop (30)

~ total: 267 / 500

exercise: - 248 (25 minutes of jogging at 10 % incline)

~ overall total: 19 kcals

feel pretty good about that one hopefully i can stick to it bc i’m surprisingly not hungry at all (surprising bc i usually end up binging at night whenever i get hungry lmaoo)

anyways yeah !! i’ll update later today once i’ve eaten & exercised lol

alright so it’s later, time for an update !!

breakfast: n/a

lunch: 1 whole egg, 2 whites (120)

dinner: spaghetti, garlic bread & a glass of milk (724)

not a very good day at all, purged dinner & worked out this morning, probably gonna go for a run later to burn the extra cals. i’m not too mad tho bc i came in so under yesterday, but it still sucks lmaoo

yoooo day 3 again

ok i’m getting kinda lazy with the formatting lmao but basically i fasted until dinner & i had chilli with a small piece of cornbread which tasted gross idk why i had that. total was around 470 ? but i’m gonna run off the extra cals so i think it’s ok lol
