When I'm low restricting my palms get really itchy, I feel like the skin is on fire. My fingertips go blotchy and red and tingle.

Try lotion? My hands (and my ankles) turn dark and splotchy. Sometimes they itch. It’s just the degree of how dry your poor epidermis is. It’s screaming for moisture/vitamins/healthy fats/oil.

It takes me a good bit and I usually just end up breaking out in heat rash which is amazing since I wear all black and have very long very thick hair

I used to have a cat who always had really gross respiratory symptoms, always snotty, sinuses so messed up all the time he didn't have a sense of smell. They could never figure out what was wrong with him until they finally tested and realized he was allergic............. to cat hair................. immune systems are weird as hell

Male. This accountability is defunct but I'm keeping the link so MPA doesn't lose it like it loses every other old thread.

I feel like that’s the immune system version of “thanks I hate it”.

Lol it’s morbid, but even my own cells hate themselves hahah

Omg, I thought it was just my body because I too am allergic to everything including myself. I've found that it usually happens when I go from a really cold environment to a normal/hot one, maybe your body is sensitive to heat changes?

But I also suffer from cholinergic urticaria (diagnosed by skin doctor) so it may be related...
