I was doing so well and then I fell off the wagon. HARD. Easter and my birthday didn’t help.

I need a five day diet to reset the way I eat and get out of this bingeing cycle. Am considering the cabbage soup diet - has anyone tried it?

What do you do to kick start yourself?

I personally do meal replacement shakes. getting all the micronutrients helps with breaking a binge cycle imo.

I've done the cabbage soup diet, I like it a lot tbf. It always gets me back into wanting clean foods and the ability to eat as much as I want at a time kinda stops me from wanting to eat all the time?
