im currently bmi18 and im sooo close I reckon shell show herself at 17.5. im a rectangle body shape.


cw; 46.0kg // 101.4lb

height: 158cm // 5ft2

bmi: 18.2

ugw: 42 kg

For me it was either the low 18s or high 17s but you may be different because it greatly depends on body type.

Mine started at BMI 16 but I also think it’s genetics since there are people out there with a thigh gap at BMI 22, 19 and many other BMIs

i’m vaguely hyper mobile, so while my BMI is 22 my thighs can social distance because my knees are bendy lol. at least i think, i doubt it’d be a thigh gap if i wasn’t hyper mobile but idk haha

As everyone has said, it depends in your bone structure.

 

I got mine at BMI 17 if i remember correctly. Keep in mind my hips are fucking narrow ughhhhhhhhhhhh

it depends on so many factors, you wont know till you get down to a lower weight how your body keeps its fat tissue 

that being said i grew up a comp dancer and always had a lot of muscle esp my quads. i had the keyhole thing at like 21 but my thighs didn't have a full gap till 16 ish
