Technically sat is going to be one of my rest days but I am trying to up my averaged out cardio / active minutes, calories burned and steps i get through my fit-bit. So i did have an evening walk and I always count cleaning days as light exercise and just being up and moving which this has more to do with maintaining being active versus struggling with my depression and laying in bed all day.

today. had lots of energy. liquids fasting. its too hot to eat. work is so hot because boss still hasn't fixed the air conditioner. working double shift than gym time after work.

meeting one of my closest friends at the gym. she has become my new gym workout partner only on weekends.

So I haven't done a work out since last Monday.  I was really struggling with my energy Monday at work, Monday night is usually my night to go to bed early so i can do an a.m. and p.m. work out for both Tuesday and Wednesday.  But tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday a.m. had a hard time getting up cancelled all my pt session for the week cause I thought maybe something was wrong. Cause it been 2 months now since I was sick or 11 weeks so more like 2.5 months and I didnt feel like my energy level was getting better from when I fist went back to work and started working out.

 

But now I think it just has to do with me doing to much work outs and the diet pills, not this last weekend but 2 previous weekends had eye appts and car appts besides my 4 pt session along with my cardio sessions....I think I just burnt myself out.  I had been talking to my dr. last week was thinking of going in on friday but slept instead and I guess I am going to adjust my work outs and give it a few weeks then go to dr.

Workout Calenders
March April May 2021

So all the orange check marks is work outs.

On top of April is me averaging out the work outs by the Days to see which days had least work outs. ( mondays & saturdays ) which is how i came up with my days off.

If you've been reading our thread sorry for sorta repeat of my other notebook pics of work outs.....sorta obsessed with recording stuff in different formats....LOL.

This is my last time to go though all this so everything is getting recorded in a lot of detail.

So anyway i am down 19 lbs in the last 11 weeks. I have taken some pics cause i am focusing on working out instead of low restriction and fasting and NO work outs.

But i haven't posted any of the pics yet to my selfie thread cause i don't really see that much of a difference yet. I mean there is and i see it in some of my clothes how they fit. But just pics of me in my work out leggings and tank i don't see a difference. So I just created a schedule for everything.

Which is basically this hasn't changed from what I've been doing.

But I guess what I'm going to try to focus on now cuz most of my am cardio workouts have been jumping on my trampoline I'm starting to get a little bit burnt out from that. And the sun isn't up early enough for me to just go walking for an hour outside in the morning, so I'm going to start doing my am cardio on my elliptical machine and I know it's basically be like starting from zero again cuz I've only gone running outside twice and I really only run on my elliptical a couple of times since I started working out beginning of March so it's going to be basically just re getting used to the muscles and my stamina and energy for the elliptical machine now.

Yeah so with this whole schedule thing I was trying to see if I could get it so that I wasn't constantly doing split workouts everyday but the thing is I'm really insistent on having my cardio workouts be in the morning so that I can do them in a fasted state because of the fact that I'm still trying to lose weight and I still have good 20 lb minimum that I want to lose.

So I think what I'm going to do is basically just do the same thing I've been doing for the last 2 and 1/2 months but have it be with my elliptical machine and then trying to run outside on the weekends or lake on Sundays and Thursdays after work and around my Thursday PT session at least until the Sun is up at a quarter to 5 so that I can start doing running or combination running and walking outside in the mornings.

And I'm thinking that I probably have at least a good two weeks maybe 3 weeks before I could actually go outside starting at like a quarter to 5 or 5 I don't know I'll have to check my app.  So checked my app looks like Monday may 31!!!!!!!!

But yeah basically I'm going to start this whole new thing starting on Tuesday I'm up late tonight so I plan on taking tomorrow morning as another rest day and starting this all on Tuesday cuz I should have been in bed like an hour and a half ago

currently fasting don't have much of an appetite lately. work has been keeping me busy as well as other projects that I'm currently working on along side online school too.

have been working out alot lately and it really helps with my demanding work and school schedules. sleep hasn't been lately much. can't sleep but find that things are getting done despite being tired alot.

PT session stretching yoga

8 mn treadmill

60 mn stretching  

 

I am pretty sore from running on my elliptical so no intense cardio for today but I am try to go for a casual walk at nature reserve behind my bldg if weather warms up been freezing last day or so here and rainy.... :(

 

So the one personal training Ive been working with is going to be moving so I might tone down the pt sessions after she is done and just do 2 pt sessions a week so I can focus on cardio and stretching and weight loss. I really want to get down another 10-12ish lbs FAST

60 mn walk nature reserve behind my apt...........charging phone and heading out again and then maybe errands for another hour

30 mn walk though neighborhood......still getting to know streets etc cause need to get it to an hour walk.

I am on  starvation diet.  I don't eat anything all day.  I am never hungry.  The thought of food makes me sink to my stomach.  The smell of food makes me nauseated to my stomach.  I don't crave food or sweets.  If I do eat anything I don't eat more than 500 calories a day.I jump on my trampoline every morning.  I have lots of energy.  My energy level and metabolism have skyrocketed.  I can run on 5 hours of sleep.  I have no problem waking up in the morning.  As soon as my alarm clock goes off I jump out of bed to jump on my trampoline.  I am in perfect shape.  I weight 92 lbs. and my measurements are 31-21-33 and 16 inch thighs.  All of my clothes fit and I look toned fit and thin.  I have a positive attitude.  I can do this.  I am always happy and never stressed out.  I am going to have a kick butt awesome day.  I am on a starvation diet and I will succeed!!

busy weekend of work projects and reasons for online school.

am workouts

Saturday & Sunday

1 hour cardio on treadmill and elliptical before starting work projects
stretching

noon workout

30 mins walks

pm workout

45 mins stair master workout

late night workouts

1 hour cardio on treadmill hilt workout


stayed up very late this weekend. was finishing up work projects and stuff for online school.

both night this weekend due to finishing work projects and two school papers due by this Friday.don't have much appetite this weekend at all.
