So im moderately to highly active, i burn about 400-600 calories a day while consuming 1600-1800cal and im currently 90lbs. Since im active, what amount of carbs would be suitable, so i dont go too low and also not too high?

If you exercise yourself, how many grams of carbs do you have as a goal for each day?

In your situation I wouldn't go under 50gr net carbs and not over 120gr net carbs. If 75gr nc turns out to be too few, then aim higher.

Temporary lapse.

I struggle to find the right carb amount and timing. It basically comes down to switching between three behaviors:

1. Low carbs (under 100g) most days.

2. Eating maybe 20g-40g of carbs before a moderate workout (burning at least 300 or so calories).

3. Overeating days (600g of total carbs not out of the question) maybe once a month.

A guy in his 30's gradually working off pounds gradually added since college.
