*Using this thread as an accountability/diary for myself, but if anyone come by to read, hello :)*

 

I attempted to lose this weight the „healthy way“ and by that I mean eating 1400 calories and working out but I ended up binging after 5 days anyway so my clown face decides to restrict lower .. here we go.

Plan is to do HSGD until May or until when I reach 128 lbs (58 kg). Last time I did this plan I lost 10 lbs in 14 days so hey why not try it again.

I will write what I eat and how much and also how many cals I burned through activity (smart watch data).

Let‘s goooo.

 

*no, I don't support food restriction so don't ask for advices and stay safe. This is just my messed up way of dealing with my life*

Day 1

905/900
- mango protein smoothie
- 1 slice toast with low fat philadelphia
- mashed patato and broccoli
- oatmeal with protein powder, frozen blueberries and peanut butter

Calories burned: 570

Not gonna lie, today was really hard. First few days will be. I been struggling with binge urges since the moment I woke up. Cried 2 in between. But here we are.

Went for a walk and jumped rope later for 30 min so that‘s where the 500 calorie burn comes from.

I hope I wont struggle like that for many daysss

Day 2 

 

? / 800 

 

- oatmeal 

- binge ? wasn't a full on binge but still was. I won't gain from it but it also won't be a huge loss. 

 

I knew I can't start perfect but at least I am able to control my binge and I stopped it at 14:30 so I will fast until tomorrow's breakfast which will give me around 20 hour fast. 

 

Hopefully tomorrow no binge :) 

Calories burned: 350 

Cw: 138.4 lbs

- oatmeal with blueberries and protein
- pasta with broccoli and some sauce
- sandwich with low fat philadelphia and 1 tomato

Calories burned: 450

I feel depressed and tired.. stopped eating at 3pm so fasting until tomorrow‘s breakfast..

Cw: 138.0 lbs

- cereal with milk
- oatmeal with protein, blueberries & peanut butter
- sandwich with philadelphia and a tomato
- slice of cake (this is why I went over the cal limit)

I was craving this cake and I didnt wanna binge on it so I had a slice. Felt guilty so I went for a long ass walk and burned it off lol

Calories burned: 560
Cw: 136.4 lbs

- cereal with milk

- oatmeal with protein, blueberries, peanut butter

- sandwich with philadelphia and cucumber

- AGAIN A SLICE OF APPLE PIE

 

I legit did the same thing as yesterday but I didn't burn as much. I'm a clown. But I'm glad I didn't turn it into a binge or more slices of cake. 1200 is also not so bad but I only have 14 days left to reach my first goal weight of 128. So I need to start being more careful with these slip ups

 

Calories burned: 270 

Cw: 135.9 lbs

Fasting, I will attempt a 2 day water fast followed by a two day liquid fast with smoothies and soups. Hopefully I undo this bingess and lose some extra weight :)

Yayyy managed to fast for a second day! I did have a zero Pepsi but it‘s zero soo yep.

Weirdly I don‘t feel like I‘m losing any weight but how‘s that possible switching tomorrow to liquid fasting which means smoothies and soups.

So I got back to my pre-binge weighr luckly, now hopefully I stop with binging and keep losing. Let‘s seeee

Seeing such small progress, slow progress is so demotivating. Woke up today with NO weight change.. :/ ugh.. will do another day of liquid fasting and then switch to normal eating..

I almost binged.. already had binge food infront of me but I put it all back. It‘s what happens when I don‘t see progress. Hopefully I lose something by tomorrow or else I will LOSE MY MIND. May is almost here and I didn‘t even reach 130 lbs yet wanted to be 128 by May but I guess my goal now is 130 by May?? Huh

I‘m not sure how much I had today, not a binge but ate without tracking and for sure more than limit. But honestly I don‘t care? The fact that I maintained after 2 DAYS WATER FAST, 3 DAYS LIQUID FAST all under 1000 cals + working out NO WEIGHT CHANGE? Excuse me??

So annoyed. I dont care about cals today also didnt work out. Let‘s hope it boosts my metabolism a bit. Tomorrow I go on with hsgd normally so 900, 800, 900... etc.

So sad.

Does anyone even read this? Probably not.. but i‘m so unmotivated.. I was doing so good and no loss? Like how.. I will keep doing but i dont want to est lower than this with the amount of activity I do in a day.. so demotivatinggg
