*Using this thread as an accountability/diary for myself, but if anyone come by to read, hello *
I attempted to lose this weight the „healthy way“ and by that I mean eating 1400 calories and working out but I ended up binging after 5 days anyway so my clown face decides to restrict lower .. here we go.
Plan is to do HSGD until May or until when I reach 128 lbs (58 kg). Last time I did this plan I lost 10 lbs in 14 days so hey why not try it again.
I will write what I eat and how much and also how many cals I burned through activity (smart watch data).
