Every time I stand up I feel lightheaded, this isn't like a recent thing though. More I stand up and have to sit down. I already take iron pills but I feel it's not enough because my under eyes are like bright white still :(((

i think it can be caused by things other than iron deficiency

Does your heart rate also increase significantly? If so you might want to get evaluated for POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). I have POTS and have trouble standing in place for more than a couple minutes at a time.

Could also be orthostatic hypotension (sudden blood pressure drop upon standing) which is probably more common, especially if you’re dehydrated!
