I once burned 2,500 from walking over 21 miles. 10/10 wouldn't recommend

Wow Lol
What were the circumstances? Was it legitimately just for exercise or were you stranded or something?

My best was 1600 on the elliptical but I may have done more during a long weight session (6 hours) but I don't have the time calculate that

How and why did you do weights for 6 hours? Surely you’d be overtraining at that point?

Honestly, I was taking enough "extra curriculars" to train forever and barely get tired and heal nearly overnight. Trenbolone is a powerful hormone
