Binge on fruit?

I was wondering, if you just binge on fruit, will this actually make a difference in weight loss ? Lately I’ve been trying to cut down on fat and oils and I have cut out chocolate & coffee. (Cutting out chocolate is torture yet it’s been such a fear food lately). I would love to go the raw lifestyle but I like having vegan cheese sandwiches at lunch.
Can anyone relate to this?

As long as you stick to low cal fruit and veges you can lose weight. I have a massive raw fruit and veg binge every night and am maintaining/slowly losing.

everything counts yes, but if youre going to binge and its "inevitable" prefer fruits and veggies

i gain whenever i binge on fruits or binging on anything. calories !!

I don't know about bingeing all day (excess calories will cause weight gain, no matter what Freelee says), but a fruit fast day can be enjoyable and surprisingly satisfying.  A giant bowl of berries, melon, and citrus for about 1500 calories will both stuff me and keep me in the bathroom long enough to halt a larger binge.
