So ! Has of this morning I am 131 lbs, wich is not good because I gained 2 lbs in the past 4 days stress eating doing my uni finals..
Anyway I abandoned all my acountability threads (hahahaha no commitment mc gee here) but I just finished my uni exams an hour ago an realized I have been eating air fried pop corn the whole day exclusively. So now I want to do monos ! And I want to be out of the 130s ! fast ! And once upon a time 2 years ago 16 year old me lost weight super fast monoing so I want to do that again !!
I will be having teas and coffee and Zero cal sodas (yeah sorry but they make me not binge so its gonna be a dirty mono) and also limiting under 800 cals a day !
For now I am doing a popcorn mono but I have a few ideas of what other mono to try after !
here is the list of monos I want to do next :
-Laughing cow cheese
-low fat yoghurt
- cottage cheese
- red cabbage
I still have a bit of popcorn that I will have for diner so In total I had about 700 cals of pop corn today :,D
