straddling the 150's and 140's topics because I hit 149.5!! my lw since relapse and also my lw in 10 years. hoping that im finally in the 140's club officially, but yall know how it is: if im here, that means I just want to get into the 130's club asap. lol

I snuck into the 140 range this morning so hello! I’m starting at 149.4 and hoping to spend no more than three weeks here. Hopefully less.

Also at 147 I will be celebrating 100lbs lost which is crazy.

Ah, this is the perfect topic for me! Without water weight I am currently 141.0, so I'm so close to getting out of the 140's. Doing a 24h fast today and will see if anything changes.

 

EDIT: Ahhhhhh!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!! I woke up this morning, and w/o water weight I am 139.0!!!!!!!

 

I'm so happy for you!!!  :wub:  Now you get to comment in the 130's thread! I weighed myself this morning and I'm now 140.8!! I hadn't expected this bec I got my second covid shot yesterday and feel so bad I can barely walk. I guess this means my immune system is still functioning.  B)

148 even today.

I feel like the 140's will take longer to get out of.

I remember being a tween at 143lbs and feeling HUGE...

then been a teen and getting back down to 143 and feeling good until I remembered back to feeling huge at 143 as a tween which took my joy away from reaching 143.

Imagine the horror if I had known I would eventually reach 184 after children.

At 144 I'll have lost 40lbs.

At 143 I'll reach that milestone of where I felt fat as a tween. ...I was probably shorter then but not by much. I stopped growing in 7th grade.

I can't wait to see the 130's.

Height: 5'8.5"
HW: 184lbs on 1/15/2021

CW: 142.0 on 6/9/2021

NGW: 139.0

UGW: 115.0

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

I wasn’t able to weigh this morning like I normally do, so I actually weighed in the evening after I ate 500 cals and drank water all day. I’m excited to see what it is tomorrow morning

I am ALWAYS heavier in the evening, even when I low restrict, so I bet you'll have a loss! (Especially because of the low restrict.)

Seriously though. I seem to gain a lb just by being away for an hour and having one cup of coffee. Lol. If I forget to weigh before liquids, I just skip it.
