Part 12 let's go !

Had two apples (a Golden (105 cals) and a Gala (101 cals)), 4 Babybel cheeses (257 cals) and MyProtein Spéculoos Impact Whey (102 cals)

Unpictured Monster Ultra White (11 cals) and coffee (50 cals) at work

 

Total : 576 cals

 

 

Also got this cuz I'm anxious about my sister coming and I might join the club... Still considering options for baguette-like bread, the french like baguette way too much to put calories on the packaging and I don't want to buy the ones you need to bake....

I didn't have a nice meal pic from yesterday so I thought I'd share one of my recovery meals that I'm now lusting after. It's my reproduction of a burrito bowl from Chipotle.

Largest meal in abt 6 weeks. Farm shop beef brisket burger (280 cals), spinach with garlic & shallot (40 cals), strawberries (33 cals).
Serious stomach dysmorphia afterwards.

Woooo new thread.. maybe less bugs?
Late breakfast was a repeat of mini bro on thick bread, I was going to just skip it because I slept so much on my one day off and it was pretty late, but nausea, and fear exhaustion wasn't helped by my low intake persuaded me otherwise, I really need to pick up more of these little wedges soon, and hopefully scope some pre portioned baguette while I'm at it. I'd weigh my food, but I don't want to overly concern my SO. I have a pocket scale and have considered maybe using that
Dinner was made late as per usual, and luckily found more mashed cauliflower that's lower in cal than the sour cream ones, just herbs and garlic
Added a lil extra pepper and salt because my taste buds are absolute shit, and even made a teeny slice of light oatmeal bread to go with it, topped with one spritz of canola spray, and butter flavour I'm not counting because I hate myself enough already for attempting and failing to aim to a higher restriction
Little cuppa of warm lavender tea to go along, didn't really notice much difference in sleep, but I need to cut back on caffeine anyhow hah
Sorry not sorry for the stickers, I swear I'm an adult
Working all day today, so, send help

Ahhhhhh I'm so psyched! I got the new lens for my camera and snapped this quick-and-dirty bokeh test shot of various snacks GF had lying around and I can't wait to get pics of actual meals!

I literally went on an hour and a half long voyage with @Styx Helix on the phone trying to find baguettes... I went to three stores to find baguettes at all, not even my safe ones. But these seem safe. I had to christen the new PPOYM with my beautiful child:

Baguette (110) with brie (100) and tomato (15)
Reign melon (10)

Total: 235
