Today is my 'treat yo self' day, which means I'm indulging a little and having something I don't know the calories of.
For lunch I ordered black bean and mushroom tacos from a fav local place, and I'd never had them before- I kind of expected them to be about half the size because this place does a lot of finger-food type stuff...well, not the case. they're huge and delicious and I only finished one, but now I have leftovers for dinner so that makes me happy!

@ everyone who posts multiple photos in one thread: did you pay for the VIP tapatalk to be able to do that? or is there a way to do it for free?

I just attach each photo individually instead of selecting them all in one go!

Yesterday's food. Breakfast was restaurant's leftover duck salad +4 pecan nuts, a teaspoon of flax seeds, a teaspoon of pumpkin seeds, orange juice, green tea and water.

Lunch was a tangerine, 2 rye crispbreads with 1tsp peanut butter and 6 almonds, oolong tea, water, duck salad +2 pecans.

And dinner - 6 baby potatoes, mixed greens with 1tsp pumpkin seeds and 1tsp goji berries, fresh basil and 1 sun dried tomato, cucumber, celery, 1tsp truffle aioli with some oregano, chicory and other herb tea, a glass of water, a tangerine and some dried catfish bits.

(I feel so guilty about today's intake even though my TDEE was 2800, something about eating over 1.2k really makes my brain flip. My snacking seems to be over the top currently and I hate it)

Breakfast this morning is nuts, chicory and herb tea, smoothie (water, avocado, banana, 3tsp flax seeds, kale, a bit of orange juice, 1tsp honey, cinnamon on top), sea salt seed and grain crispbread with an egg, half a tsp sesame seeds, 1tsp pumpkin seeds.
