Goooood daayyyy! Is breakfast time! Smoothie (unsweetened almond milk, banana, 3 strawberries, 1tsp coconut shreds, 3tsp flax seeds), a tangerine, blueberry water, seed and grain crispbread with 1tsp peanut butter and 1tsp pumpkin seeds, dried haddock, green tea, nuts and some orange juice.

breakfast was porridge w/ frozen fruit and skinny syrupit was sooo good the fruit warmed up from the heat of the water and added sm flavour i don’t even think i needed the syrup - 215 cals

lunch was this sandwich which was reduced and it was so good omg im defo gonna get it again - 313 cals906a55c4c08cd858a65b19180876a34d.jpg
also had a bottle of sparkling peach and lychee throughout the day and it was nicer than i was expecting - 2 cals

wasn’t hungry for dinner AT ALL but i had veggies that i needed to use up so just made this salad w spinach, carrot, radish, broccoli and cauliflower and topped it w a little bit of spring onion and skinny bbq sauceit was actually so nice i’ll defo make it again - 104 cals48a65a5cebc33cc80bd66576bc70cde4.jpg
update i realise it doesn’t look very appetising in the pic but i promise it was the lighting was just shitlmao

Idk how you don't feel hungry all the time. I NEED protein or else I get super hungry. Must be your willpower.

Breakfast/lunch was fruit and skyr bowl (5tsp lactose-free skyr, strawberries, blueberries, one raspberry, some nuts, 1tbsp coconut shreds, 1tbs muesli and less than a square of black chocolate melted over), mixed sprouts with 1tsp truffle aioli +basil, melon water, rice with 2tsp sesame tahini, some shrimp and rucola, chamomile tea.

Dinner. Carbonated lemon water with ice, chamomile tea, whole grain pasta with some beef (beef, tomato, garlic, red pepper, a bit of onion, salt, spices) and fresh basil, 2 baby radishes, 1 baby tomato and cucumber.

tbh it’s only a recent thing, i take like 40 mins to an hour to eat one thing - for example that porridge took me like 50 mins to eat - and i drink LOADS of water during a meal and also throughout the day anyway so that definitely fills me up more! i planned to eat more at lunch but it just didn’t fit with my schedule

Hi hi just wondering how many calories and portion size for the pollock what what is is the the cal count where did you get the pollock and how much potato? what amount in grams of Pollock? is there is it frozen? and does it have bones? and what's on top of it seasoning wise? sorry I'm obsessed.
