Dinner. Red bell pepper with lime, lemon and green tea, water with blackcurrants, raspberries and redcurrants, jasmine rice with prawns (+dulse, salt, lime juice, low fat coconut milk, 2tsp olive oil, ginger, 2tsp sesame seeds, garlic).

had a day of relaxation today! not too proud of my recent meals as they've all consisted of carbs and nothing else but what can i say!!! i'm a carb afecionada lol

Protein blueberry oatmeal (210)

30g oats, 15g vanilla protein powder, 20g frozen blueberries, 100-150ml water, fresh blueberries on top

Restriction Levels:

1000 or less = ideal

1200 or less = good

1500 or less = maximum comfort level based on BMR of UGW

Anything over is a bad day and unhelpful toward my goals.
Would like to do better on limiting sugar & junk.
Would like to learn how to use food as medicine.
I am a major work in progress.

Trying out posting using the "Choose File" button rather than BBCode. I noticed SOME improvements here since I've taken a break, like the notifications now work on desktop mode. (Before it was notifications on mobile mode OR setting/profile/content you watch on Desktop and there was no enjoying both at the same time on my phone. Haha.)

Hope this works and will save me a step in the future...

Only posting this lame meal because:

A - Few others understand the feelz of having a triggering day and eating everything with silverware, much to the horror of ED dietitians and therapists everywhere.

B - Want to remind y’all to get your flu shot! I got mine today at our hospital-wide clinic. The flu season is predicted to be more severe and many of us are a bit compromised health-wise already. Hope you’ll do it or at least consider.

That’s all, folx. Be kind to yourself when you can today
