I'm honestly waiting for our local farms to have tomato this summer, so excited! Now to hunt for a legit baguette as opposed to my thicc bread

I don't know if you are vegan or plant-based or if you eat eggs, but I have heard that adding egg whites to oatmeal is a way to get extra protein for not too many calories. I haven't tried it yet but I want to!

Omg I actually did that with these oats lol, and also added protein powder, gelatin powder, chia and flax seeds to make it SUPER DENSE and satisfying.

Save the egg yolks in a small container to stir into some low-medium heat soup and give it a creamy consistency without the dairy. Egg yolks have more nutrient value than cream, and it’s only around 100 calories for 2 large ones

Protein and fat is LIFE

Food wise I'm ok with my intake today.

the milk taste like vanilla milk &

today i had oats with lemon protein powder & mixed berries for breakfast (270)

It's not just tapatalk. I've been having a ton of issues from a regular browser (in secret mode) on all platforms - phone, tablet, and laptop. The website itself has issues. Makes me nervous.

Darling, your croquettes for years have looked delightful. What is in these ones, and how are they with the sauce? I've never had a croquette, I don't think. They usually have ham in them here and I'm very allergic to pork

I literally cannot stand myself.

678 for the burger and 97 for some of the fries.

• I had no dinner plan. (Mistake #1)
• I decided "let's get takeout!" (Mistake #2)
• I chose a burger place that has no calories listed (Mistake #3)
• I convinced myself that I totally won't hate myself after eating this, I can keep it within my limits and it will be totally cool. (Mistake #4)

I should know by now that it doesn't work that way. I ate the whole damn thing. AND some fries. I swear I feel grease coming out of my pores and a thick double chin ballooning out of my neck.

What was I thinking? I felt hungrier today and I don't know why.

I feel like my husband calling me skinny yesterday went to my head.

I am still within my maximum. I still have a chance to not totally F this day up.

Hey! I've done this before too and honestly this burger and the fries looks really good. Like you said, you're under your limit, and absolutely you haven't ruined a single thing. I think it's important to do sometimes - I try and relax a bit at sushi every couple months! ❤️ You've got this, you haven't stuffed up.
