breakfast- 110cals, unpictured orange juice bc im trying to kick a yeast infection and need the vitamin c


dinner- 422cals, noodles with a plain tomato sauce (didnt finish all of it)

intake's been pretty chaotic lately but I guuueeess it's better than b/p for several hours a day, haha... here's yesterdays food:

I used 46g egg beaters (5g protein), bread with 3g protein per slice x 4 slices (12g protein), there was 1.5g protein from the walnuts, and then the remaining 2.6g of protein is accounted for from the orange juice, almond milk, and cranberries!
