Had tofu with vegetables, banana smoothie bowl, 2 chocolate Christmas balls and a piece of pumpkin bread (sorry for already taking a bite lol) total is 770cal :)

here's yesterday's highly snack-ish food:

 

had this raspberry cheesecake bar (150) for the first time and loved it omg, would totally recommend trying if you get a chance

Made it through all of yesterday without b/p'ing so I think I'm done with that brief but miserable cycle. Feelin like shit about myself still anywayyyyy

Breakfast- chocolate peppermint french toast with crushed candy canes, chopped walnuts, and SF chocolate syrup (280cal // 20.5g protein)

i’ve been freaking out for like 26 hours over this dessert me and my husband planned to have tonight lmao but i still managed to get myself to eat dinner in addition! calories are really rough estimations this time because i really have NO idea, my anxiety has me second guessing everything

hellofresh chicken and mushroom stew, i had it over broccoli instead of the cheesy mash potatoes, so guessing — 327cal

and two pics of me and my husband’s skillet brownies because wowww. i made mine with almond milk to lower cals a bit but i put in mini chocolate chips and mini oreos, and topped it with peanut butter (haven’t had PB in ages), and low-fat vanilla ice cream. husband added kinder bars, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and later topped his with nutella.

estimating my dessert total at 1,315 to be safe

Thank you so much yes I keep them down. Trying to stay away from my Lowest weight even though I'm close but I'm trying to keep down more and idk why but chocolate is safe to me!

Ah I thought so yes. And that what you're doing in Hungary we usually do it similarly here. But at my house we stopped doing the boots thing when I got older haha

Yes it's probably not as expensive here than anywhere else but it's still quite good quality chocolate so still not cheap unfortunately.
Oh that sucks that the salary is so bad where you are wish you could come back

I am truly happy that You try your best to maintain at least! The boot thing is the same here... some adults do it, but it usually stops at the age of around 10. I am trying to be positive and nothing is impossible. New ways lead to new solutions, so i will try my hardest to move as it is nearly impossible to even live here, everybody wants to GO, but afterall this is OUR homecountry that is running to a selfish suicide without our will... So leaving the loved ones on the sinking boat and go (maybe to other places first) when its time, first thing first; lets heal! (German language won't be my best friend ever, but You guys are truly amazing at understanding and just shaking it off and like an autopilot immediately change it to english even elderly peers, i've rarely experienced it around EU) Keep going!! You got this! I believe in You even if sometimes You find it impossible.

Wanted to liquid fast today but had a migraine and almost threw up and that usually happens when i don't eat. Noodles with Zucchini, vegan sausage and champignons and coconut cooa popcorn (793kcal)

Okay I'm so jealous rn WTH I love BBQ rice cakes!! Also raspberry cheesecake sounds amazing! I wish I could get that here. And coconut almond butter cups what an amazing combination is that?? Were they as good as they sound? I remember I had Natural coconut peanut butter once and that was already amazing but almond sounds even better!
