we got our new oven delivered today! our old one was a small-size and not very good, and this one is normal and very fancy with an induction cooktop. we are very excited. it’s been a VERY long day

breakfast: americano + my normal thing, except that i took 1 pot of the french yoplait yogurt, apricot flavour (60) and mixed it in with my normal greek yogurt. topped with muesli, almond butter, blueberries, and sea salt. no maple syrup since the yoplait has sweetener in it! — 320 cal

mid-afternoon: another americano, and my husband wanted some toblerone and i couldn’t give a good reason to say no. was my first time trying it. it’s good but i prefer dark chocolate and the nougat sticks in my teeth so i won’t be having more since it’s so calorie dense — 166 cal

This was okay— it kind of tasted like French vanilla creamer??? - 220

On another note, I apparently classify as obese now so that’s fun. Thanks for your help, CDC. I have my own self to blame to think I could be a low weight and recover. Fuck this.

I won't buy the tenders again. They taste okay a little bland but they are super dry and I didn't cook them too long I just think it's the cauliflower based batter. I have a medical condition called Achalasia. Short explanation is some of my throat muscles don't work right and food gets stuck when I eat quite often. So, things that are dry and hard to swallow are a no go with me.

Heyo friends I’m currently on hour 12 of my 16 hour shift and my eyes are so dry send help sos

Y’all, why do blenders have to be so LOUD? I had to work my blender a lot and I was so scared my neighbors were going to knock on the door telling me to stop (cause I was making it early in the morning) but hey, they’re super loud at like 2 in the morning sooo

Mixed berry smoothie bowl with 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 12 almonds (282)
It was my first time making a smoothie bowl and it was a little too liquidy but it still reminded me of ice cream which I miss🥲I added some chia seeds to other other half so hopefully that’ll thicken it up for tomorrow

aaand, I got my yearly ED & OCD calendars and I am so happy and I wanted to share with you too,

Its been 14 days I wanted to buy my yearly calendars but working hours did not permit.

I have no words to express to you how happy and pleased I am that I finally got them, 

this is something I do for years at the beggining of each year, 

as it helps me both with some memory loss and also my body changes for muscle mass etc other

So I've got some extra pictures today for you! Couldn't take a picture of the breakfast but it was fat free quark as always lol

Today we visited my sister's family and celebrated Christmas late because she got covid on Christmas. There was Christmassy chocolate cake which I didn't try though and my sister's fiance got me so damn much home made cookies and sweets because he thinks I'm doing better (my BMI is still under 13 so wtf?!) and doesn't know about the BP part of my anorexia oops. I'm glad my mom didn't say anything so now I have a loooot of good stuff haha
